The dealer's director collared me after the hearing to say he'd call me to discuss a settlement, but after nearly two months, and an email and two voice messages from me that haven't been responded to, I've still not heard a dicky bird from them. So I'll be down another £180-odd for the trial fee and off to court we go again in October. Sorry to hear this. I really don’t know what is happening to customer service in the UK. I have a couple of fairly simple things that need sorting that rely on other companies and their woeful customer service. One of which involves money owed and the other retirement planning. In one case 10 months have passed without resolution, the other getting on for two months. The legwork and staggering incompetence involved is depressing. Thankfully I have a little time and am not financially strapped or the impact would be far worse. I feel your pain. Customer service is a race to the bottom in the UK. Happy to take your cash but very slow to provide any service and getting cash back from them …. 1 Quote

The only places I would now be considered middle-aged are a care home and an Anglican Church congregation. 😂 4 Quote

SteveXFR Posted September 13 Posted September 13 Nissan Juke drivers. What's wrong with them? Why are they all such terrible drivers with no awareness of what's going on around them? If Im on my motorbike, I will always be extremely cautious around them and expect the worst of them. Quote

Grooverjr Posted September 13 Posted September 13 If we are on trousers length, then the daft fashion for deliberately short trousers. It seems to be on the wane, thankfully. I like a jazzy sock as much as the next man and a small viewing window is fine but these things that look like they shrank in the wash make me unnecessarily irritated. Quote

Even worse when it’s no socks?…. No good for me, my feet are always cold . 😅 2 Quote
