Thank goodness she isn't stupid. Plenty of things to get angry about in the world but all this seems pretty harmless to me. We’re an inclusive community etc. 1 Quote

Old Man Riva Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago For me, watching/listening to Neil Young play electric guitar is one of life’s greatest musical pleasures… 3 Quote

dave_bass5 Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago I was really looking forward to the Brandi Carlisle set, but, my god she cant sing in tune to save her life. What a shame. Quote

Kirky Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago The NY set has got better and better as it's gone on. What a band. Willie Nelson's son on guitar. 2 Quote
Stub Mandrel Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago (edited) I've never seen Neil Young live. I always thought he could never live up to Live Rust, especially as he grew older. Feck. I was wrong. That's real festival music. And his last two songs... Edited 4 hours ago by Stub Mandrel 2 Quote

Stub Mandrel Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago I hope I didn't piss off the neighbours, I turned it up and played along from Like A Hurricane... Mind you I expect they were watching so they probably just think his bassist is a bit crap 🤣 4 Quote

I'm a bit uncertain about what you think I'm doing, though, or why you think I should be pulled up on it. Anyhow, I've enjoyed some good Glasto today, and I hope everyone else has too. Like I said before, if the bands are good then fair enough, and if they're bad then even better. It would've been exciting if they had shown Kneecap live, but that's a bit too much to expect from the dullards currently running the BBC, who stand by their arcane principals until someone comes along and claims to be offended. And as we all know nowadays, offending someone is the worst thing to do. Quote
