Lowender
lol -- Actually, if something hits you, it hits you. But we all have guilty pleasure. I'll go. Grand Funk Railroad Those first three albums still kills me. Crude, infantile, amateurish and totally ass kicking. Uriah Heep Demons and Wizards is one of my favorite albums. I can not defend that opinion. Dancing Queen I so want to hate this song. It offends me in every way. But damn, that band is nailing the groove. the_skezz
Uriah Heep Demons and Wizards is one of my favorite albums. I can not defend that opinion.
Uriah Heep are one of the greatest bands ever and you should never feel shame for enjoying them For me; all the old Burt Bacharach/Hal Davies numbers, due to more than a few corny lyrics. But I'll be damned if they're not some of the most enjoyable/relatable corny lyrics I've heard.
xilddx
For me there's no such thing as a guilty pleasure, if I like it I like it and I'm never ashamed to say so. I even got the Pixie Lott album, there are a couple of really good numbers on it, but the rest really ain't happening for me.
Bassection
I couldn't say I'm embarrassed about anything that I listen to. I'll openly admit that I enjoy Rebecca Black's music, or Iwrestledabearonce, and even the shedloads of Jpop and Kpop that I often listen to. thisnameistaken
I can only think of two: Guns 'N' Roses and 311. I think I liked Guns 'N' Roses because Slash was so good, and I think I liked 311 because Chad Sexton was so good. Odd that neither are bass players but there you go. alstocko
I'll openly admit that I think that there's some cracking Jonas Brothers tracks. World War 3 Hey Baby Burnin' Up is a personal favourite I also don't mind Demi Lovato, Every Time You Lie is a damn catchy tune

spongebob
When I do a bit of jamming at home..... 'Sexy Eyes' by Dr. Hook (I really love this..!) 'Love Me Like A Lover' by Tina Charles 'Summer Nights' from Grease! With the benefit of Grooveshark/Youtube, anything goes!
BetaFunk
I think it all depends on how you are actually going to cause embarrassment to yourself. If you are embarrassed by just by sitting in your bedroom listening to The Rubettes then that's a problem but probably not as much as causing embarrassment to yourself by walking into your local pub and shouting out that you love The Nolans. EssentialTension
If I like something I like it, and I'll explain why to anyone who is interested. I don't understand why anyone would feel guilty or embarrassed about such a thing.

Cameronj279
I'm not embarrassed by what I listen to, it's why I listen to them! There are plenty of bands I listen to which would get me weird looks if others heard them though.

Cat Burrito
The beauty of getting a little older is you don't have the hang ups over what others think of you. So I'm afraid I don't care if people love or laugh at my tastes
