    Tbf, for £299, you could get a cracking little bass and mod it how you like for less than £500 total. Still always be a £299 bass but will hopefully play, feel and sound to how you like 👌🏻 I do like G&L basses, perhaps feeling the guitars were better made in comparison but still a fan.

    Currently waiting for @Cuzzie to send me my Go To bass 😉 In the meantime, mostly running things through my Yamaha BBP34/35. 😍

    I want to like them as my first Fender was a '51RE. Absolutely loved it but sold it on regretfully. A 32" '51 just won't be the same, perhaps a more 'clunky' sound? 🧐

    30" / 32" / 34"... Although I'd say 35" is probably considered the "long scale" in basses.

    I want to like it but being the build I am and having hands like baseball mitts, I just don't think I'd get on with a short scale. On the other hand, I really love the design and only wish for G&L to release a 34" scale for us man apes 😂😂 Definitely seems like short scales are all the rage atm.

    Not saying you can't, anything is possible but I think anyone looking for an amp or cab aren't going to be looking at PA Monitors.

    😂🙌🏻 This used to be mine, also @Gust0o Fantastic bass, as stated lightweight and sounds nothing short of amazing. I don't believe that's the original case though, as it was more 80's hot pink, than a crimson red.

    Oh god no! What have you started? I got you @Cuzzie😂😂😂 The pickups in this G&L are actually pretty good in fairness but MFD... Nope! It's commonly known about Leo Fenders hearing loss and how he'd overwind pickups to compensate for it. Well made instruments, granted I've owned a few G&L guitars and basses but mentioning MFD's, I can only hold Cuz back so much before he lets loose 😂
