1. Must be the brass nut folks are going for. Interesting that it's got through body stringing. Don't know of any Squiers that have that.
2. Great price!
3. Where are you based sir?
4. If only it had four strings . . . . . But then he probably wouldn't want to sell it . . . . Free bump!
5. Sold an amp to Stevie . . . good communication and arrangements stuck to. If you visit him, make sure to include the street name on your satnav directions as the postcode and house number take you to possibly the most obnoxious person I've had the displeasure of meeting. Stevie is a good guy to deal with!
6. Looks nice . . . 'Scuse my ignorance bit what is the 'special' bit about these 'American specials'?
7. Year of birth bass for me and I'm a jazz bass man through and through. This looks in amazing condition for it's age. I would love to own this but unfortunately couldn't justify spending that much. I'm sure someone's gonna be a happy happy boy . . . .
8. Are both these basses priced at £450 each?
9. Wish you were still in Brum :-(
10. Pm'd
11. I bought an inuke power amp that packed up at a gig after a couple of months. Got a replacement and need to get over my nerves and start using it!
12. Replied - now sold will amend title. Thanks for your interest.
13. Olympic White with Tort Scratchplate. I've owned this from new - serial dates it to between 2007 and 2010. It's made in Japan and is a 1964 reissue. It's completely mint, not a mark on it. Currently strung with Fender flats but I can re set it up with rounds if required. Short scale makes it ideal for those with smaller hands and/or bad backs. Gigged a few timesbut well cared for. No issues whatsover - only moving on because I find it hard to move between long and short scale. Includes a soft case, these retail for over £700 new so grab yourself a bargain at £450 No overseas sales, would prefer cash on collection. Will post for cost with payment by bank transfer. Based in Milton Keynes Here's the pics . . . .
14. Free bump for a bargain - I got one I take to gigs as my spare!
15. Fantastic compact cab in green. 300W 8 Ohms. This has seen quite bit of use and has a few scuffs and tears in the tolex as pictured. Incredibly loud for it's size, I've used this at a number of small to medium venues. Priced to reflect cosmetic condition at £225 firm - collection from Milton Keynes or Leighton Buzzard. Specs available here . . . http://www.aguilaram...inets_db112.htm May consider a trade for a semi acoustic bass.
the zoom b9.1ut has a jaco setting, which although isnt exactly right I think its as close as you're going to get via cheapish effects. I quite like it.
And it's on special offer for £99 at GAK - complete bargain of the bleedin' century!
17. Bump - would there be mote interest if I put passive pups in? Comments on the pricing welcome.
18. Rumpy bumpy for price drop . . . .
19. Wish I lived local!
