1.
Yes, very Roger Waters I suppose. Cheers for that, btw, we love playing MK, always seem to have good gigs there. Will be along to The Crauford on Oct 9th to see you guys.
Oh cool - say hi!
 2. I sing lead in my main bands and backing when I'm depping and half the songs in my duo. Other than what's been mentioned above, an earplug in one ear (nearest the cymbals for me!!) helps me to pitch massively. Takes three of four gigs to get used to but I won't gig without it now. Also prevents deafness in your 'drum' ear!
 3. I've got both. Cube 30 is the best by far unless you need battery operated and a drum machine/tuner etc. If the 'recording out' jack didn't cut out the speaker - I think I'd use the '30' for 'unplugged' type gigs.
 4.
Looks great but the serial number suggests to me it's a 1978, not 1976. Am I missing something?
I've messaged the OP re this - he prob doesn't realise and been told it's a 76. I've got a S8 neck on one of my P's that dates to 1980 according to the butt stamp.

 8.
Partial trade for your Black/Maple/ Black P??
Actually no - I take that back - MUST NOT ACCUMULATE ANY MORE BASSES!!
 9.
I`ve been so tempted by this Col, its only the complete lack of any cash at all that is stopping me. Even had to sell 2 basses recently, it had got that bad, so def no money for GAS at present
Partial trade for your Black/Maple/ Black P??
 10.
Great amps these - I`ve the 400 watt head, and its amazing, so powerful and full sounding. The price of this makes it a real bargain, someone snap this up!
Sure you don't need a backup Loz - I can bring it to The Pitz next time you play there!!??

 12. There's a 120 watt all valve head on here for £200 - It's on the IOW. I just booked hols there in October and I'm well tempted except I've already got a Laney 100 watt valve head.
 13.
Hey! Lovely bass! Isn't that an 2006 model? the 06 on the back of the head leads me to believe it is Plus a 1996 would have a Wenge neck (warwick stopped using wenge for necks in 2000 ish) Absolute bargain price IMO!!!
Thanks Chris- yeah my bad - it's 2006 - original post corrected - not sure where me head was!
 14. Wire her up something like this - obviously you'll probably need new pots and the switch won't be used . . . http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=http...ved=0CBsQ9QEwAA
 15. I'd suggest - FIRST - remove the foam and maybe adjust the pups so they're a little closer to the strings. If it still sounds dull then try changing the strings for rounds. I use flats on my P and it sounds great, but there's flats and there's flats, and we all have a different 'ideal' sound in our head.
 16. I had a B Bass 6. Didn't like the pre so converted it to passive - otherwise a very nice bass!
 17.
Just checked it out in WinISD Col, and it seems the Kappa Pro is more suited to midbass operation. It will tune down to about 50Hz, but it'll need a mahoosive box to do it, and it won't handle much more than 100 Watts or so. No real suggestions as to what you can do with them though - maybe you could give ebay a go if they're surplus to requirements? A
Thanks Andy - I'm off work sick at the mo so will give you a ring - we can share some coffee or something stronger and discuss options - yippee!
 18. Hi Ant, I used to have one of these and they're great. You'll have to specify a price to comply with forum rules though. Good luck with the sale.
