1. Bump. Reduced to 280 shipped, 300 with the custom set of strings.
2. A 1979 Stingray at a local shop. Overpriced but really is a dream to play.
3.
Free bump and.... what's the scale length on these basses? 34" or 35"?
35"!
4. Now accepting trades/part ex's with money your way! Would like a Fender type bass with Maple fingerboard. Nice colour like Daphne blue, CAR, Lake Placid Blue, Shergold Green, Shell pink would be great but not essential.
5. Marks fantastic to deal with, got the Musicman Stingray fretless from him, pity i didnt seem to like the bass as much! haha. Rob.
6. Very nice. I have an Ashdown Little Giant 1000 i may be interested in part exing.
7. What big block is it? Theres the V-12 and others.
8. Sunn (0)))
9. I had one of those Peavey 1x15/2x8 cabs before. Really brilliant cab. With Bi-amp/crossover circuitry in the back. Heavy but it was worth it!
10.
I'm in no hurry
I am though
11. mmmm, if i can just hold onto my current 900 and wait a month or two....
12. He bought my Musicman fretless off me, top bloke and very understanding of my predicament over whether i should sell it or not! Haha. Cheers Rob.
13.
Ahh its good to be back on the forum... Guys I'll reply to pms and such soonish, not been on due to been very busy, and also trying to eliminate gas for more basses.. I'm in full time employment for a year now, so if this is around when I next get paid, I think I'd be very tempted for that price! Looks a great thing tbh, gassing for a ERB fretless!! Two weeks? Hope its still knocking around! Best wishes! Matt
Awesome, dont stay a stranger!
14.
1000 and the Marshall and you have a deal.
Give me a money tree to get the other 100 and its a deal
15. Ack gone on, i'll go then. I'll have to take some horrible trains mind. Gonna cost a bomb. I'll be bringing something... Probably my Pedulla Pentabuzz Fretless 5. Or whatever my newest/want to sell bass i have at the time! Oh and about a grand to spend on an amp I'll be taking the train to Reading, then a couple more train changes, unless someone is leaving from Reading?
16. 900 quid and a Marshall 1x18 cab for this doomy bass my good man.
17. Dimmu Borgir is pretty easy and somewhat interesting for a bass player. And its mostly tuned in B standard (IE 5 string) Vortex is an amazing player. Puritania being the easiest. Mourning Palace a step up. Kings of Carnival creation is pretty fun to play, and if you like bass players with really really good vocals, skip to the middle break part Another pretty simple song to play, but very fast! Enslaved - The Watcher. Thats in Drop C i think. If you want really really easy stuff. Amon Amarth is your friend, i play this stuff when i want to do the lead vocals as well! (In B standard)
18. Will take part ex on a 4x12/4x10/1x15 bass cab!
19. Looks exactly like my old one, same sorta price i got it for as well. The neck would have yellowed on the back quite a bit. So expect a difference in shades between that and the body!
20.
Hi, You have a PM!
Noooooooo!
