1.
Aw man, if only! Too many plans this year to part with that much cash. Unless you want a Kawasaki ER6f?
sorry bud, while I'd kinda like a bike my wife won't allow it. I can heartily recommend ACG though, this one's heading back up that way for Alan to sell on my behalf and I'm having one of his other ones that's a 5 string, they're so good!
 2. Thanks for this! I've been lusting after an ampeg one for ages and this may just supplant it on the list!!
 3.
Got mine for £4.94 in the end, had a £1 MP3 promotion on my account for some reason.
...actually, I did too
 4.
I'd prefer a sale Andy but I wouldn't rule out a trade. Your Ibby's look nice enough. I guess in these hard times, it's still early days for my ad
No prob matey, totally understand, my offer stands as long as I've still got 'em. In the meantime, glwts
 5. one last push for this morning at £1400 (cash) before I p/x it...anyone?
 6. 93 tracks, 1.1gb. Damn that's a lot of music!
 7. Wowsa! 13 discs of floyd! The £5.94 worked for me too...
 8.
As an owner of an Ibanez Blazer (20+ years) I can testify to the quality of these instruments. The sound I get from my Blazer through any amp is amazing, a massive, punchy, deep tone. I'll never part with mine, not just for sentimental reasons, but because it IS that good. Have an Blazer loving bump
Thanks matey!
 9. G&L JB-2, just brilliant for the money!
 10. ...quiet suggestion of a classic ibanez blazer...well within budget too...
 11.
It sure is!
Wish I had the dosh matey!
 12.
My old P Bass is 'the one' Andy. It's taken me a long time to realise. The search for a decent backup is the problem
Am more than happy for my fretted blazer to be your backup matey?
 13. Matey you're searching hard for 'the one' at the moment aren't you! Pretty bass bump too
 14. Don't fancy a trade for my pair of ibby blazers by any chance?
 15. Yet another top transaction with Mel, super speedy & easy & great comms as ever. ta Mel!
 16.
I was just going to write hang on to your money and wait for a Shuker or ACG 6er to come up on the boards. You won't get better than that for the money!
17. Speaking of custom made 6 strings...my ACG 6'er is for sale and isn't that far above your rough price guide...? If you're interested I could check the nut width and we could discuss numbers via pm
 18.
With regret i have had to back out of a trade deal for this bass. However, this was purley based on my inability to play bass to the standard required! This is a gorgeous looking instrument and i cant imagine you will find this kind of quality in a bass built by anyone for anything like this price! If it had 5 strings it would be mine, although i do not think the owner would part with it either.... BUMP
It's a shame matey, I reckon you'd have loved the extra sonic girth to be had from the extra string, a low b is a beautiful thing as is a high c, I just can't do both at once, I may need 2 5 strings once b-g and one e-c, yes I think that's the way forward for me, more basses
 19. I've wanted to have a proper go on one of these for ages, ever since I heard Cachaito playing one on the buena vista live show segments, sounds pretty good, obviously not quite as good as a full acoustic but a damn good sound and a very distinctive looking little thing too, glad you got it back mate!
 20.
.............Cheers! I should have asked 'Is this model recommended for E to C, B to G, or either'.
I figured you knew about set ups n nut alterations n wotnot as you've been playing for longer than I've been alive
I will check when i am next at home but i would think that the nut will accomodate BEADG without modification, i believe all Wood and Tronics 33 inchers are shipped EADGC unless you request otherwise as Enrico recommends it, however i have seen many a BEADG. Of course, intonation and possible truss rod adjustments would be necessary, but i doubt you would need to touch the nut But as i say, i have a .130 string at home so i shall try it on later this week! and indeed i am from sunny Leamington Spa.
I ws just looking at this photo of yours showing the headstock and nut and it doesn't look like there's much wriggle room in that slot for a wider string in there... http://s75.photobucket.com/user/KevMan69/media/Snapbucket/C8E95B38_zps8e13273d.jpg.html could just be the angle though
 21.
Hi..Is this specifically for E to C stringing? Which far-away Galaxy are you from?
From the pics it has a brass nut cut specifically for those gauges so could be modified but with quite a bit of faff ...and I believe he's from the Leamington Spa galaxy
 22. someone buy this piece of loveliness! I've never fancied a W&T bass before this one and I can't afford it
 23. any trades? Pair of lovely '80 fretted & '81 fretless Ibanez blazers maybe?
