1. Hooray matey! glad you've given it a happy home, it's a beaut and just perfect for those who like slightly stubby scale lengths
 2. Welcome to basschat, with those killer endorsements you'll not too likely be that stuck into the for sale forums but there's plenty of other stuff to [s]waste your time on[/s] occupy yourself with
 3. When last I contacted David he'd sold out of his current batch of Foundation 212 cabs and was gathering cash / checking interest before starting another batch. I was about to ask about waiting lists when bassbunny's cab became available so I snapped it up and I've never been so happy with the sound of my basses!
 4. this is a jolly good price! I love my LMKII
 5.
On hold
for me (hopefully, if there's a big enough box to post it in!) Clarky may just save my gig bacon here
I've been playing around with those Faital 8s, really very good little speakers indeed
That's what I want to hear matey!
 6.
Yep, sounds great. I think another BCer has one (BassBod or Bassbus?) and has gigged it with electric and was very happy with it. Its not earth-shattering lows and volumes but you have bigger cabs for that anyway - its for hi-fi quality sound reproduction on a micro/convenient scale
I do really like the sound of it, I've dropped you a pm
 7.
Indeed! So back on topic, and to save people reading several irrelevant posts, my Epi UL112 is for sales at the final knock-down, cheap as chips price of £300 collected (post about £15-20 extra)
8. http://basschat.co.uk/topic/208308-epifani-ul2-112%3B-2nd-final-price-drop/page__view__findpost__p__2101884 It reads like a truly astonishing little cab! Have you tried it with fretless electric?...
 9.
Hi Andy, I've never tried an Accugroove so I'm not qualified to comment on relative volumes. Here's the Crazy 8 specs (and the TalkBass thread gives a ton of reviews, including for electric bass as well as upright http://www.talkbass....274/index6.html ) 10.5" W x 13.25" H x 12.0" D. Built in 5-ply arauco, weight (w/tweeter) 14-17 lbs. Weight (sub version w/o tweeter) 12-15 lbs. 200 watt power handling, 8 ohm impedance, sensitivity 95dB@1W
gonna continue on your crazy 8 thread methinks...
 10. can't believe this is still here!
 11.
this is what you need Andy, the ultimate coffee shop cab http://basschat.co.u...39#entry2100439
I did look at this a while back but it was a bit more than my budget, how would you compare it with an accugroove Tri110L? I can't find any of the usual 'frequency numbers' for the crazy 8, the accugroove is a 300w RMS 43-18kHz type thing...? I suspect the accugroove would be a little louder?
 12.
bump for a super price on a super cab!
this...and I thought the previous prices were good too! Are folks really that strapped for cash at the mo? This is a cracking cab for a measly amount of cash!! I'm after something smaller than this or I'd be in there (and I'm not local either)!
 13.
Andy, you're welcome to borrow my Midget but I appreciate that meeting up may be a bit trickier.
Thanks bud, wakefield is loads closer for collect/return even if I do love a barefaced cab, thanks for the offer though matey!
Small cab solutions?
boom boom hat doffed!
 14. I find it does it worst when I paste text in from elsewhere
 15.
[sup]How does £330 collected or £345 posted sound?[/sup]
Sounds like a superb if whispered price mate!
 16.
Andy - if you can get up to Wakefield, i have a Markbass NY121 you could have for a few days. I 'll probably need it back for a gig on the 15th though
Mate that'd be superb, if I can't source one in Sheffield I'll give you a shout, big thanks!
 17.
hey its got 4 strings. same thing right ? just wondering if any of you guys play a Dulcimer and if you could give me some advise about string guages I tune it D A D D and have only changed the strings once , the dude in the guitar shop sort of hazarded a gues , there cool guys but it s a marginally obscure instrument. unless you dig Joni Mitchel correct. mmmmm Joni . anyway , if anyone has any advise on this it would much apriecated : )
Give Nicky a buzz at Trad Music in Wakefield (01924 385000), he's a dulcimer player so I'd expect him to know...
 18. Hiya, whereabouts are you matey, I can't see on mobile site...
 19. I'm currently trying to broker a trade whereby I end up with an Accugroove Tri110 cab which is a superb little full range cab and which would be superb for a coffee shop gig on either electric fretless or electric upright...the rub is that I screwed up my diary and the gig date is actually next Tuesday (11th June) and a 'meet to trade' is looking rather unlikely before then... I also have a practice for this gig on Thursday this week (6th June) and I currently have no small cab, I only have an EAD foundation 212 which won't fit in the rehearsal space (living room) of my other acoustic compadré so I'm rather hopefully wondering whether anyone in Sheffield might have a little cab (PJB 4b / 6b / Accugroove, summat 1x10 but not too big) that I could borrow for a few days please? I'd be looking to run it with my Acoustic Image Focus II head, I also only currently have speakon-speakon cables. Help please!
 20. Acoustic Image Focus II is the most transparent amp I've tried (and now own)
 21.
I would not condone such a thing... Without adding some decent contours, taking away the parrallel strings, changing the bridge, changing the neck profile and possibly changing the pickups (undecided there)
change the body and headstock shape too cos they look mingin, body's a bit thin too wouldn't you say?
 22. These are great cabs and that's a fine price sir!
 23.
See-through perspex, Jaguar shaped, body. Sea foam green Musicman pickguard. Graphite neck. Active 3-band electronics with sweepable mids. Sorted !
almost this but make the perspex hollow like a bottle/tank and fill it with glittery liquid or small plastic goldfish!
 24. absolute bargain price, shockingly cheap!
 25. Superb preamp matey, bit of a double post thingy going on though http://basschat.co.uk/topic/208324-fishman-pro-eq-platinum-bass-preampeqdi/page__fromsearch__1
