1.
Hi Paul Have you any idea of the shipping cost ie NG318RN or do you ever venture south at all,Rich
I'll look into it this afternoon. I occasionally drive down that way on the A1(m), but next time is going to be late October.
2. According to the manuals it's 20Kg plus flight case, so I reckon 26Kg in total. Will weigh a bit extra for cardboard and bubble wrap etc... Dimensions are roughly 19" x 8.5" x 20" (47.5cm x 21cm x 50cm). Hope this helps.
3. Not so far mate. Photos HERE.
absolutely the right thing to do. Also stops me thinking I can afford to buy it back.
It is, and you can't.

Yeah, withdrawn. It's just too good.
6. <-- well, there's one there. More to follow.
7. Hysteria and Time is running out from Muse - bit of a workout for both of you.
barsteward, that was mine and I'd have it back in an instant had I not just blown the bank on a filter and a bit crusher. Superb two channel loveliness for all OD lovers.
and very fine it is too, I've just got my eye on a rack mount version with a footswitch, so I can keep the tone (and what a tone) but have a slightly smaller and more manageable board. It is, as you say, superb. and I may withdraw this shortly...
10. Clearing out the board (again) and I'm offering up my groove regulator, perfect condition in original box and packaging. No PSU, but takes a standard Boss 9v centre negative. an absolutely superb, fat and funky filter that sadly, I'm just not using. £130 posted.
11. For sale, DHA VT2 EQ dual channel valve drivepedal/EQ/DI. I've only had this two weeks, it's so good that I'm selling to fund the rack version. Really versatile, loads of different tones and foot-switchable second valve channel for a bit more authentic high voltage filth. http://i744.photobucket.com/albums/xx90/Ri...11_07310005.jpg I'm asking for what I paid for it which was £125 posted. No power supply, takes 12v 1200mA.
12. Cheers for that, bigjohn, lovely kit too.
13. Rainy Saturday morning bump. Could be willing to sell separately.
14. Crikey, that's a whole list of dirtboxes. Love it. Thanks for taking the time to do this - I'm loving the videos, my wife not so much...
15. Hi all, it's time for me to move my beloved Ampeg rig on. I'm not getting any younger, and it really is a beast, so it's with a heavy heart (and mild hernia symptoms) that we're parting ways. I've got a blackfaced US made SVP PRO preamp that I've had for 15 years, really well looked after and recently retubed, into an SVP1500 power amp. This thing is uber loud, and has a lovely tone to it. I'd be looking for about £400 for the pair to enable me to get something lighter that still sounds half-decent. OR £250 for the pre, £200 for the power amp (plus P&P) any interested parties? Photos HERE
16. Don't suppose you're up to trade for a 'blackface' US made SVP PRO?
Top class pedal and amazing value. My only worry is the way the ground lift switch sticks out the side. I'm certain I'm going to break it off one day. Dave, any chance it could be recessed or protected in some way?
Not really been an issue so far, as mine's on a board, but I see your point. Rotary switch on top maybe?
18. Failing that you could look on BC's very own list of recommended amp techs here.
19. Ab - 4th fret 'E' string. Lovely sound. Not G# though, that would just be wrong...
20.
I still use mine, but with an exP pedal. Set to modes 10&11, I get some really great swell/ sweeps
actually, yeah, I used to run mine with an expression pedal and things improved vastly. The whole setup was just too big for my board though.
21. EHX bass micro-synth. I replaced my SYB5 with one of these. It still won't store presets, but is a bit more musical and tracks better. Granted, it's not really a synth pedal at all (just good filters and an octaver), but still better than the SYB-5.
22. +1. you can put as much current (mA) through a pedal as you like - the stuff that isn't used gets sent back out to the mains. What you can't do is to exceed the voltage rating. I'm in a similar predicament myself - loads of 9v stuff, a 12 V 1.5A valve overdrive unit and an old 24v EHX bass microsynth. 3 plug for the board, and one each for the pre and power amps. 5 plugs for a bass rig? sounds good though.
23. Ass tight jeans? I think he forgot that you need an ass to put in them first.
