  1. 99 Luftballons - Nena
  2. Me too! I think I was about 40 minutes in then left to help my youngest with something, came back to it and it's not where I left it...
  3. Fixed 😉
  4. Thanks for posting, I’ll watch this later on tonight when the ‘others’ are asleep!
  5. Just got around to watching this - Jesus they're good!! Frankly there's just too much talent in that band.
  6. Thanks for posting this, I’ll have a listen later!
  7. Big Bottoms - Spinal Täp
  8. If 6 was 9 - James Marshall Hendrix
  9. Looks more like Gloss to me chief. I’ll get my Kaftan.
  10. The problem is that there are limited transport options through the ‘sunlit uplands’, what with all of the unicorns and such…
  11. Plaice Your Hands - Reef (double bubble!)
  12. Bump for probably the most useful Sansamp model I've used.
  13. The closest I got was a Hohner 5 string through an AH something (AH150) GP7 through an 1153 and 2103H.
  14. Nice rig! My teenage wishlist was a TE rig (very similar to yours) but with a Corvette instead of a Streamer. These days it’s Ampeg and Fretless Jazz, but I’ve always wondered…
  15. I've got some lovely reverse delay patches on my Line 6 M5 - these can be picked up for peanuts these days and punch way above their weight - the only downside is that they're bigger than a single pedal.
  16. Unfortunately you're right; great tone needs MASS!! (IMHO).
  17. Where's my thing? - Rush
  18. Panic Shack at Band on the Wall in Manchester last night - really good performance by a fun, loud band in a great venue. What's not to like?
  19. If I haddock Hammer - Trini Lopez
  20. Use the Force - Jamiroquai
  21. dunno, if it's made in the same factory as other (more expensive) basses then it's quicker (and therefore cheaper) to use the same tooling for everything.
  22. Patience is key here. If it's a rosewood (or similar) fretboard then be VERY careful when removing the frets, as it splinters very easily. Heat them up with a soldering iron to let them lift themselves out of the grooves before carefully pulling them out. Get a radius block too for the smoothing/sanding after the gaps have been filled in - these come in various sizes, so check with a radius gauge first - you might need two, as some boards have a compound radius (slightly different radius closer to the nut than the bridge).
  23. Great little pedals - really nails the OC-2 thing but in a much smaller package.
