    Doesn't bode well for Matt... He joined on 24th September and within days he'd bought my Kawai F1B - I know that I'm going to regret it, I also know that he won't....but as we all know, basses are for playing not living in their cases. Matt hope you enjoy it. He's a good man, loads of polite correspondence, prompt payment and he picked up the bill for the courier (inc insurance I believe). Trade with confidence.

    You can see the poles on the Jazz pick up. I reckon somebody has changed the P pick up (or the covers).

    The colours look a bit washed out in places - another coat probably won't make it any darker - just more solid and uniform(if that makes sense).

    When you say " a bit less money" if it isn't a significant amount (which, being a Yamaha, it probably isn't) why would you not go for the upgraded model?

    Been there...bought several basses that were filthy - sellers see no problem with that...disgusting!

    Back on topic - I like it, at least it has a bit of character. I have a ton of vinyl which I don't play and a Dual deck which doesn't get used. Not because I don't appreciate the sound, because Vinyl is fragile compared to CDs. My only reason.
