The fact that this bass still hasn't sold is baffling to me. I used to play a BB604, and while its electronics were a little lacking (an issue that has very much been fixed here) it was one of the nicest playing basses I've ever laid hands on. Comfortable, relatively light, and incredibly stable (never had to touch the truss rod in six years and it would stay in tune for months). I make my own basses, I'm broke, I have far too many instruments in my not-large home already and I don't play five strings, but I'm still sorely tempted by this.

I’ve got a Sei jazz and I’m in Manchester, but I guess you are looking for one of their more unique designs?

Thanks for the response @Dood! Amp was just an Ampeg Rocket combo that was in the store, I suspect it was just faulty electronics. Problem is there only appear to be two black ones in the country, this and one at the Bass Gallery (who I refuse to deal with after a few shitty experiences).

Jings that's another one that should have been on my list along with Jack Bruce during his Cozy Powell era. So many bassists to choose from. Dave -

This is really cool. -
Strangely I added this yesterday to my playlist to learn, it was one of my dads favourite songs

So it looks like I'm now moving away from the Cloudburst and heading towards the Walrus Slo which looks amazing. The EQD Avalanche Run also looks like a great pedal.

Classic rock tends to be album tracks that everyone has heard but no one ever really remembers who the band is or what the song is called. Plus Sweet Home Alabama.

I’m in this guy’s camp. Not only is he a great player……he doesn’t fill the time with endless opinions and comments. Just gets on with it. Don’t get me started on Scott Devine!

EHX Bass microsynth for sale. It is in pretty much immaculate condition and sounds incredible. Bought for a project but no longer needed. Runs on 9v power so really easy to hook up. No original box unfortunately but it will come packed and with be posted special delivery with Royal Mail to a UK address. Alternatively you are welcome to collect from Leicester and I will knock a tenner off the price.

Another vote for Constantine Isslamow ...but I'm surprised no one has mentioned Danny Sapko. He's a great player and combines self-deprecation with humour. He's got his own shtick, but he balances it nicely with some gorgeous bass work.
