  2. Great bass in good condition, comes with hard case. Short scale. Not a heavy bass. Plays well. Not really any damage to speak of. There’s a little bit at the top of the headstock (photographed) but looks much worse than it actually is. I’ve removed the strap lock pins and replaced them with the originals that were odd when I got it. The case is old but fully function and all the clasps work. Since acquiring four Precisions and eying up another plus also needing a Jazz, it’s become surplus. I have an addiction at the moment. I admit it. There I’ve said it. I also need an original Barefaced Compact 15 and an original Midget 😂😂😂😂 Can post at buyers expense or can be collected from BB22SH Any questions please ask.

  3. Greg Bennet by Samick Royale 3. MM Seymour Duncan Designed Humbucker plus a Seymour Duncan Designed preamp. Volume, Blend,Treble and Bass. It has an Gotoh battery box installed replacing the screw on cover. Also has upgraded Wilkinson machine heads. Nice bass that sounds and plays much better than its price tag suggests. I ended up using it as a first for a while as it excels with vintage chorus type effects. Selling as I’ve acquired far too many Precisions and I still have GAS for Fender shaped things 😞 No case with this. Collection preferred from BB22SH. If the buyer wants it posting at their cost and risk, then I’d have to source suitable packaging. It will be securely packaged.

  7. The key update to Source Audio’s Sound Check functionality has now gone live. It’s now possible to create and hear presets in real time for any Source Audio pedal using just the free Neuro 3 mobile or desktop app - no pedals or instruments required. This means you can check out in depth how this pedal will function and sound as an aid to determining whether it’d be something you’d use. https://www.sourceaudio.net/soundcheck.html

  10. This is something I’ve done repeatedly over the years.
  11. This is just so beautiful! 😯
  12. Yeah I did see this a while back, Capleton too. But I’m away that weekend-looks a great line up.
  13. is this a pedalboard? Asking for a friend...

  15. I think a Jazz bass sounds good when I’m playing alone but in a band setting I find the P bass just sounds so much better. Jazz bass always sound thin in comparison to a p bass. No matter what bass I buy and fall in love with once the honeymoon is over I always go back to my P bass.
  16. To double down on what some others have said re: Spector... The Pulse II is the best bang for your buck, sounding, feeling and playing Spector in your price range, especially if you can get a used one. Keep your eyes open and you should be able to grab a used one at the top of your budget! Otherwise you may be able to get a used Spector Ethos which is also excellent.
  17. Easy one (too much digital ink recently), this is the Dave Brown bass part to 'Samba Pa Ti' from the 1970 Santana album ' Abraxas'. https://bilbosbassbites.co.uk/samba-pa-ti-santana/
  18. I mean I sort of get @ordep's point too. But if it's on a board... and you can step on it... (like on an actual switch, I know it's possible to just step on anything 😀)... How about the switchless, always on stuff on boards? They're not really pedals, they're just boxes after all 🙃
  19. Ever wanted that mega Bi phase action like a musitronic! But smaller and cheaper. These are difficult to find, so my last bump.
  20. It gives my Fender American Deluxe Jazz a run for its money.
