  3. Immaculate condition and in original box. This pedal needs no introduction, it’s a bass rig on your pedal board. Selling because I prefer my alternative option for DI. Price includes shipping to locations in the UK. Photos on the way
  4. There were a few suggestions in a thread that was in General Discussion. I don't think the Stagg that I recommended would be suitable for you as it doesn't fold down particularly small.
  5. Immaculate condition with all the cables it came with and in original box. I really need to stick to analogue pedals so this needs a new home. Price includes shipping to locations in the UK. Photos on the way.
  6. What a cool room!
  7. Wedge a mars bar under it. Or some guitarist-talent
  8. I have two BF BBII cans and a Monaco. I usually use the Monaco, always through a PA and aim the cab at me and the drummer using a Standback amp/tilt stand. I even use it to my front/side as it is used as a monitor. It’s a fabulous cab. I use a Mesa + preamp, so can control the LF shelf if I get any boom issues. I also tend to play 5 strings more often than not and the cab copes easily. For reference, I’m running a Quilter 800 as a power amp. When I’m thumping my Doghouse, I do use a pair of BF BBII though, as they definitely take the abuse of slapping’ da beeass!
  9. Awwww gaawwwdd, I’ve wanted one of these for ages. They’re so rare now. And I’m only just down the road… 😬
  10. Today
  11. 👍 I have students who play better than some of these. Maybe if they spent less time practicing trading flesh for likes but practicing their instruments instead …
  12. I kept the best one to last and I’ll add some more pics. The cover is a high quality padded cover equal to the padding of the original type but not Bergantino (and as such not added to the value of the sale).
  13. I'll be getting one at some point to replace my old Gear 4 Music 15w monster amp. I'd like something smaller for low volume practice when I'm sat on the sofa. Thomann has a 12- 15 week wait until restock.
  14. Legendary bit of chunk!
  15. Which of the three are you selling please? Do you have photos of that particular cab? Is the cover a Bergantino one? Cheers.
  16. I've uploaded some more pics
  17. Weird thing (to me) is that we have the same in the classical music world: some young people with enormous online presence and Wikipedia articles about them, and who travel the planet to give concerts ... and ... they can't play for the life of them. Sophomoric at best, and in fact I've had 1st year students play better than these. I think their visual appearances have something to say in this.
  18. Hot one tonight minus one guitarist who had to go to see to a plumbing emergency at the London flat. Ran through a couple of new songs that are fine but not a lot for me to do other than AC/DC root note pedalling. Works for the song but … Annoyingly something more interesting I had suggested that I saw mentioned in the “how was your gig” thread and thought ooo we could do a good version of that - the Lillian Axe version of No Matter What - drew a load of blank stares and “never heard it”, so I guess that’s a No then 🤬 Got home and said to wifey “do you know this song” and she said “yes I love it and I’ve been telling you to do it for months” (not to my knowledge she hasn’t but that probably just proves I never listen) 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️
  19. "Wasn't it great the way that Bob Geldof got a saxophone sound out of a candelabra?"
  20. I often angled my cab slightly inwards instead of straight to the audience ie it would aim at the gap between singer and main PA cabs / bass bin leaving space for myself to not stand in front of it all night ( I never went through the PA )
  21. A canoe somewhere is missing a paddle.
  22. Given the subject of the post, I have to admit I wasn’t specific referring to this person - these videos are so obviously mimed and, not knowing anything else about her, I’d love to think she was just taking the piss out of “influencers” and the entire audience commenting are in on the joke. Maybe the lesson links take you off to the ultimate shred rickrole or something! but I fear that maybe a parallel universe where honest politicians and common sense and critical thinking skills thrive. I’m not long for social media, it’s turning in to more effort than it is worth.
  23. This. Add the fact that he has no feedback and no previous items sold and you can buy with confidence, lads...
  24. 😂 Well, true, he hasn’t pretended that he doesn’t know he’s using his body as clickbait.
  25. Hi if the tone pot is dimed , the P Bass hisses when no fingers on the strings ( I never use the tone pot but if I did etc) I understand this concept with a Jazz Bass , but not a Precision what do I need repaired ? thanks
