  1. Past hour
  2. Yikes, just remembered I paid £45 for the Gigrig 9V to 12V converter. I will be as good as my word and throw it in so the buyer can sell on (if they don't need it for other pedals) and part defray the £285 outlay
  3. The Terrier Time - Ewan MacColl
  4. That used to be true, but between wages rising and the student loan repayment threshold not rising it’s now only just above the full-time national minimum wage. It’s become a graduate tax in all but name.
  5. This USA made 44-60 features a rare matching headstock and has also been fitted with a hipshot D-tuner (original tuner still available). Some cosmetic wear and tear on the body but it still sounds and plays great! SKB hard case included (shown in first photo). Proof of ownership photo at the end. Collection only IMG_5445.HEIC IMG_5444.HEIC IMG_5443.HEIC IMG_5442.HEIC IMG_5441.HEIC IMG_5440.HEIC IMG_5439.HEIC IMG_5438.HEIC IMG_5437 2.HEIC
  6. The Jazz can "impersonate" a P bass using neck pickup only rather than emulate one. Two very different terms ☺️
  7. I’ve now got some decent boxes and packaging material so can offer postage / courier options if you’ve not got a Norfolk passport 🤣 Drop me a message if interested.
  8. Messaged a while ago about when the preamp knobs would be back in stock, also put myself on the email waiting list. Heard nothing so ordered the Guyker clones off AliExpress. Emailed earlier this year about a UniPre 5 knob with the active/passive wired to an individual switch, again no response so made other arrangements.
  9. Maybe the Fluff McKagan will be more suitable?
  10. In a range of finishes!
  11. I dont think the P can emulate a Jazz, and certainly it cant be done the other way round, the solution is to have both
  12. I was going to get the Buff McKagan P-Bass, but I can’t cope with the 15lb weight
  13. Audio Evolution was the best when I used it a few years ago. I used it to edit together the music for a school concert I was involved in. User friendly and good quality, probably even better now. https://www.extreamsd.com/
  14. My Collie (Not a Dog) - Barbie Gaye / The Selecter
  15. I'm excitedly looking forward to receiving my Jaydee Mary King bass.
  16. Selling my Ibanez ATK300. This is one of the made in Japan ones and serial number puts it at 1994. Great active bass, currently stringed with labella flats. Brilliant bass, I have a new bass on the way so this one has to go. Quite a lot of marks, chips and dings all over it but. it is over 30 years old. The neck has some dings on the back of it which I have never had issues with. This is in no way pristine which I have reflected (hopefully) in the lower price than ones I could see (MIJ) having sold on here previously. Collection only, as I don't have anything to pack it and post it. £250
  17. Well, that's a disappointing way to find out that I'm a robot...
  18. I'm open to close offers if anyone would like this.
  19. I suspect you're thinking of the Roger Waters signature models.
  20. What type of baking soda is good for metal? 😂
  21. Selling my SVT-CL, glorious sounding amp but I haven't needed to use it much over the past year. All works flawlessly and come with a cover (has a lot of marks on it) This has a few knock marks which I've tried to show in the pictures but nothing that affects performance. it is nearly 20 years old. This is a US Built one and the serial number puts it at Feb 2007 which would make it one of the last ones built in the US before manufacturing moved. Collection only as this is a heavy bit of iron with valves! Collection from Sandy, Bedfordshire. £850
  22. Bump for "teeth marks on the headstock"... also what strings are on that lil beast ?
  23. were these not £699 new ?
  24. Today
  25. With all of these fixes, do make sure you use tone: superglue; baking powder; salt; paper.
