  1. Past hour
  2. Just watching it now, quite interesting
  3. Love your Gong posters. My Dad has loved these guys since I was young. Used to go to loads of their gigs back in the day. Weird as hell 😂
  4. Can anyone recommend an exact brand/model of tuners that will fit as 1:1 replacements, without the need to drill new screw holes? I have acquired a Jazz neck (Made in Mexico 2020) that already has two sets of holes in the headstock rear, and I don't want to add to the butchery. Obvs Fender brand should work, but I'm wondering about alternatives like Gotoh which might be better, cheaper etc. Classic look, but as light as possible, preferred. TIA for any help...
  5. Just bought a Freeze pedal from @woolf - a great experience all around - good comms, good packaging and very quick delivery too. Would not hesitate to buy again, thank you Graeme 👍🙏
  6. Hi! I just bought a ‘74 Jazz Bass. Origial pickups were replaced by Fender Noiseless, I don’t know which generation. Should I consider replacing them by something else?
  7. For sale is my Fender Bassman Driver overdrive pedal. Super easy to use and can go from being very subtle with a smidge of drive all the way up to full on overdrive. It can produce a nice warm tube like breakup sound all the way up to a more modern distortion. I've only used the pedal a few times so it's in mint condition. I have no box but it will be packed safe and securely or collection from Camberley is available. Price is £50 which includes postage.
  8. £500 is what I got for mine back around 2010/11. I was a bit annoyed to lose so much from new but the Overwater I got in its place was a far superior instrument.
  9. Can't fault his guitar playing and she's really looks like she's enjoying herself. Great stuff.
  10. Just checking the Schecter website page for listed artists and he's not on there, so this must be a very new development if he's an official user of these now and not Jackson. Mark
  11. Hi mate yes all original. It’s a really nice colour. All the wear is genuine.
  12. Today
  13. Subscribed! Really pleased a physical mag is back on the scene.
  14. Yes he still doesn't put truss rods in. This, and a few other odd omissions are among the reasons I backed out. Was all just a wee bit too eccentric for me
  15. I bought an MXR Bass Synth from Joe @joeabass. I was a little reluctant at first as Joe had no feedback on the site. However, after discussion, we agreed to to split the PayPal goods and services fee and I went ahead with the purchase. Communication was prompt and clear. The parcel was delayed by the courier, and Joe made sure I was kept in the loop re tracking. Joe packaged the pedal to within an inch of its life and it was basically unmarked - as new. So now he's got a feedback thread, you know that he's a good guy to do business with!

  16. Profile is quite shallow nut width just over 41mm
  17. That's new. I saw the bass on one of the videos that was posted from the latest Vegas residency, I never twigged that it wasn't his usual Jackson though. Mark
  18. Still available
  19. Phil, that is such a generous offer thank you. I do still have my old Soundcraft MTK 12, which I'm glad I held on to. Sadly, the desk being out of warranty and cover period for both A&H and Andertons, that does leave them without any obligation or incentive to assist. But I will see if I can get a local techie to give it a once over.
