I've only heard good things about them to be honest. They're made in the Indonesian Cort factory, so quality will obviously be pretty good. The standout feature seems to be the ceramic pickups, so they have a brighter sound than the more expensive Player II's.

I'd did that last week, had to forgo my drive pedal which is only needed on our second encore which we weren't sure we'd get to. It starts with a bad solo and I could barely hear it so had to go au naturel.

Jaco Arpeggio Exercise - Great For Technique
greghagger replied to greghagger's topic in Theory and Technique
@paul_5 yeah it is sad isn’t it. I watch it differently now after 25 years since the last time I viewed it. I know I’ve got that booklet somewhere too. It’s a small little booklet without a cover isn’t it?- 6 replies

ash started following Small Modular System Moog Erica Doepfer Dreadbox
-
Small modular system for sale, this is complete and I won’t split sorry. I’ve put street prices in brackets. The system consists of - Moog Eurorack 104 HP case (£100), Behringer PSU (£46), Moog Mother 32 (£499), Dreadbox Telepathy (£180), Erica PICO FX (£125), Doepfer A-145-1 LFO (£62), Doepfer A-138 Mixer (£58), lots of quality patch cables (£30). It’s a great flexible unit, the Telepathy is a full synth voice, Mother 32 includes a simple sequencer, ladder filter and wonderful Moog oscillator. PICO FX has the usual modulation and delays in a tiny space. I’d prefer pickup as you can see it working but will post in the UK at buyer’s cost, please note there is no original packaging apart for the Dreadbox module. The system cost around £900 to put together. Will sell for £575 as I’m concentrating on playing keyboards these days and this is a real time thief as there are so many sound sculpting possibilities.

We do Sweet, Mud, T-Rex, Bowie 70's Glam era, but i'll youtube Lillian Axe as i've never heard of her. Dave Update : had a listen and its a good version but the original was better IMO. Also now realise its not a Her. 😂 Wouldn't class them as Glam but more just American Hair rock era. Dave

What unusual bass instruments are you using?
Owen replied to Nail Soup's topic in General Discussion
I actually have a You Rock which is great. The ability to manipulate filters and stuff while playing and not having to wobble my foot around to achieve that is very attractive. I bought a Moog Sub Phatty and the ability to have everything I need to hand and easily addressable was quite an eye opener. I know that all the details are fully available in different drop down menus in software, but the ease of use was quite an eye opener. Lots of things suddenly made sense. Don't get me wrong, I can't play the lines I hear in my head but I am getting to the stage that an instrument that lets me play instead of fight is attractive. I need to get out more.
