    Sounds flashy. I worry a bass like that would be like a one night stand. A lot of fun for the moment but once you start dealing with the complexities regularly, you realise a passive tone and volume type girl/ bass gives a consistent good time 😂

    It’s the age verification where this has always been a bit of a nonsense. Savvy kids can put any age they like, and just keep taking out new accounts in different names and ages. Free gmail, outlook etc email accounts make it easy.

Loads of useful features: Six mic inputs with switched phantom power High pass filters Limiters on Channels 1 & 2 HiZ inputs for instruments on Channels 3 & 4 Three band equalisation with swept mid band Channels 5/6 and 7/8 can be used as stereo inputs or returns Channels 9/10 act as return from the PC when using it as a recorder Built-in Lexicon effects Two Aux sends, switchable pre/post fader as well as the FX send buss etc. etc. All in all a high level of functionality with a very user-friendly interface Pickup from Uxbridge area, or I will post at cost.

    Lightly used rubber knobs fitted briefly to my JT bass. These are standard fit for Canadian-made basses and very nice! You can only see four sleeves in the picture but trust me there are five! These are £100 new for the set, so £75 posted seems fair.

    It's very easy to 'police'. Someone complains, they investigate. If your moderators have been doing their job, you won't have an issue in the first place. If something does slip past the moderators, the very fact you have active moderators with policies in place protects you and any children. No one is going to be patrolling the Internet looking for problems in the off chance they'll find them.

    Yes but the HX doesn't provide the same accessibility to settings that the M9 does. It's a nuanced difference that maybe only appeals to hardened professionals under time pressure.

    Behringer did or still do one that fits the bill. We had it in the band to save floor and car space from big monitors and it helped get vocals in tune. I wouldn't pump bass through it though. Anyway, fifteens... I hear all the arguments on speaker size but to me something just sounds deeper and more rich in my fifteens than it does with smaller speakers. It's rare for me to play without PA support so I want the sound I like from my kit. Lightweight and compact cabs mean it's not as impractical as it used to be.

    You are correct that most will be, I hadn't considered that, but how are Ofcom going to know? If they develop a Web crawler, does it respect the robots.txt file? This is going to be very difficult for them to police.

    Yep I must get around to sorting those plugged screw holes properly - but it's my gigging bass 🙂 Anyway these are almost steampunk in their look, heavy and smooth operating. I have to say they look pretty much hand made. They are about £55 plus carriage on Aliexpress or there's an eBay seller with them for about eighty quid all up. Bear in mind they will add literally several pounds to your bass ... but I look at it this way ... if we worried about bulk and weight we'd be mandolin players!
