That’s impressive mr k

Down a third from a few years back.

Bottle crashed as I neared @cetera heights, there can be only 'One' and I couldn't handle the pressure 😀

Blimey.  Why Peavey?

You haven’t seen the Alpher, Bassmods Cort, Dusenburg, Enfield, Fender, Gibson, Hartke, Ibanez, Jackson, Kramer, Labella, Musicman, Nordstrand or Overwater rooms he also has first

They just sort of appeared in my vicinity.

After the first few I made some good friends within the company and more started popping up wherever I was 😁 Next thing I knew I'd at least one of every model from 1978 to 2010.

Wish Peavey had made stamps, be a damn sight easier to store 🤣

Groove:

Entirely subjective, and probably an old-school way of looking at micro-timing that doesn't really take into account how popular music has developed in the last 50 years. My micro-timing is perfectly suitable for the music I choose to play.

Groove as ‘micro-timing’? 🤔

- ’Micro-timing is in the heart’

- ’One nation under a micro-timing’

- ‘Micro-time me’

- ‘Get into the micro-time’

Nah 😊

Year started playing: 1978. Blame The Stranglers.

Number of basses: Loads - I've genuinely lost count. Think of a number, triple it, then add 1, because one's a twin-neck.

Music theory: Don't understand the question. I have many theories about many things. One is that music ruined what might have been an otherwise normal (and probably happier) life.

Technique: As Lemmy once replied to the same question - "Sturm und Drang thrashing", except in my case in 7/8 & 5/4.

Groove: I don't f*ck with the groove, the groove don't f*ck with me.

Year Started Playing : 1993

Number of basses : 4

Music Theory : 7 (*)

Technique : 3

Groove : 5

Swing: 7 (nice!)

(*) I think my theory sucks, but I did manage ABRSM grade 5 (classical) and understand jazz chords so this score will perhaps suffice.

Very kind, but I don't read music, am self taught and just play familiar patterns when writing my own lines....
