Here is my new, *nearly* finished acoustic bass board. I just need a better power supply and a couple of nicer quality leads, but it is fine for now.  I have room for another pedal if needed. I was thinking of getting a Zoom MS-60B, though not sure if there would be much requirement for effects in any potential acoustic setup.

At last, someone else with an acoustic bass bo...

Hang on, is that an acoustic bass rather than an upright?

It's for an Aria FEB electro-acoustic.

Excellent, I'd like to try one of those. Here's my board...

Mine is like the Aldi version of yours! 😆 I'll consider some posh upgrades if/when I get involved in some live playing. I'm hoping something may come to fruition next year. I do really like the Boss AD-5 though to be fair.

The Aria really is a lovely sounding and looking bass for the money. Tightened the truss rod, a little nut filing and it now plays amazingly well. If you do get one, be prepared to upgrade the tuners as that is where they have skimped a bit. I'm just waiting on some new ones to arrive.

Well, I never thought it would happen... I got rid of my Spark amp and replaced it with playing electric guitar through my Fender Bassman amp and using a Headrush MX5 multi I picked up second hand. I started to experiment with the Headrush and it's pretty good for bass too so my Boss ME-90B is put to the side for a while.

Well, a nice small multi effects pedal is great, but I wanted to add wireless. I've got a vocal effect pedal too, and I plan to get one of those MXR Synth pedals too... So I needed a board.

This is what it looks like today, with space to spare for the synth. I could even mount the wireless transmitter for my IEMS on here but I think that's overkill potentially.

I'll practice and gig this board next week and see how it compares to the trusty Boss ME-90B.

Taking a break from gigs due to the drummer welcoming his first child and me coincidentally dislocating 2 fingers in my right hand has given me a bit of time to reshuffle my board. The goal was to squeeze in a wah pedal and fit my new di box. I'm not 100% happy with the underside mess but it works! Looking forward to giving it a real test in 6 weeks when my splints come off

This is my first pedal board, using it with double bass.

The Fishman Platinum has always been part of my signal chain as it has the tuner, HPF and DI out. The Aphex and the Grizzly are in the FX loop of the Fishman

It was a lot fun putting this together - I can see why people really get into it.
