I wasn't nominating Bob for the annoying frontman thing, just responding to a post where someone couldn't think of his name. :)
Bob's got a great voice IMO.

S'alright mate. I wasn't offended :)
I'm gonna add a +1 for Morrissey

Hey, gang, he's got his own blog..

http://theadventuresofoliversykes.com/

So now you can keep up his crazy life, celeb name-dropping, sh*tey-shouty vocals and lippy-pouty pictures. I wish I was 16 again, I'd be off to Camden right now.

Mind you, I'm not sure if he gets my vote for most annoying front man. All of them by definition have to have a bit of an ego, and why not? This guy seems to be a bit of a dick, but he seems to be doing well out of it and having a bit of fun in the process, so good luck to him.

Also I quite like Morrisey and Liam Gallagher. They've done some good stuff over the years, and as said elsewhere on this thread, Liam is not without a sense of humour. Even Bonio from The U2 has his moments, and is not without pomposity. Didn't he sue a lowly wardrobe lady over a feckin' hat? I mean, what a knob, but at least he puts on a good show.

But, after long and studious thought my vote for the most annoying front-man goes to Courtney Love. The reasons are many and manifold. But, to sum up, she seems like a f***ing horrible person to me.

'Scunthorpe' is cool! So I can say, 'Oli Sykes is a total Scunthorpe'...

What if you right it like this.. s****horpe. Is that allowed?

edit: took out naughty word, just being childish. It has to stop

Bonio! I think it was a pair of jeans he sued over. The hat was forgotten and deemed important enough to have its own first-class ticket to Italy so Bonio wouldn't get upset. Now that's what you call a first world problem!!

PS: Your version of Scunthorpe seems to work! I'm not going to attempt it, I've been 'reprimanded' for playing with the profanity filter on more than one occasion! *slaps own wrist* Basil!

Someone will tell me who it is I don't like. He's even worse than that first sentence. I know they've got to "have something about them", but not like that............

He fronts quite a biggish name band; they come from Leeds; wears shiny suits that are too tight as are the necks of his shirt collar; arrogant enough to demand applause and cheering before they've played a note; appeared on the McCartney gig at Anfield football ground a year or so ago.

Balcro.

It appears there were two hats, a pair of trousers, and some assorted knick-knacks...

Proper man of the people, our Bonio. At least Adam Clayton did the right thing with his Vintage Sig Bass, ...erm, I think

A Stetson in the first instance and a Trilby in the second. Imagine being able to afford two hats! Rock stars, eh?
Maybe he needed all the hats, as in-spite of all his money, he could never get a decent hair-cut

Nearly an hour and no mention of Johnny Borrell? Unbelievable. Let's have Pete Doherty while we're at it too.
Could never see the appeal of Doherty. Suprised the bloke is still breathing.

Oh, sorry, I did. Came across this..

I thought It started ok, the band seem good in their own way. All until the singer opens his gob and draws a c*ck over the whole thing. Bizzare they didnt boot him out after the first rehearsal. Maybe he's from a wealthy family, and bought all the sw***y gear. And those tattoo's aint cheap
oh dear - alll that posturing and screaming

what a waste of a pair of orange/mesa rigs

not to mention all the oxygen <_<
