  1. Pics now added for you all!!
  2. This item is now removed from sale, sorry if you were interested.
  3. Think I'll have it, another pm sent!
  4. These have both now gone to a good home, sorry to anyone else who was interested. James.
  5. Bump again, I'm sure someone wants these babies!!
  6. Late morning bump (if they don't go soon I'll have to whack them on the bay!)
  7. Go with the squier, the basses are very good value for money and the sound you get from them is nice. I would get some half or flat wounds on it as the ebanol fingerboard does mark fairly easily. Pickups are also good on them.
  8. I've fitted it anyway even though it is made rather badly. It is nice to be able to drop d easily whilst playing. So overall works well, but could be made much much better!!
  9. Hi folks, I recently bought a couple of basses through this very forum, a natural TRB 1005 lined fretless and a translucent red TRB 1005 fretted. I guess my plan was to have two basses that were the same so switching between the two would be very natural! However even though the basses are both very comfortable and nice to play they are just not me, If you know what I mean. I'm now asking for £315 for each of them (they both now come with nearly new Gator hardcases (themselves £65 each)). I'd rather not post but if you wanted to arrange a courier at your own expense I would pack them up for you so they could be collected, Photos below: [attachment=47116:TRB_1005...sses_005.JPG] [attachment=47117:TRB_1005...sses_006.JPG] [attachment=47118:TRB_1005...sses_007.JPG] [attachment=47119:TRB_1005...sses_009.JPG] [attachment=47121:TRB_1005...sses_014.JPG] [attachment=47122:TRB_1005...sses_016.JPG] [attachment=47123:TRB_1005...sses_018.JPG] [attachment=47124:TRB_1005...sses_019.JPG] [attachment=47125:TRB_1005...sses_020.JPG] [attachment=47126:TRB_1005...sses_022.JPG]
  10. Hi all, just wondering what experiences people have had with the GB7 tuner. I bought one (fortunatley not at the RRP!) for my Warwick 4 string and have just had a go at installing it, I was so appauled by the quality of manufacture that I haven't put it on and it's back in it's little box. The string post has absolutely loads of play in it and when you do install it it doesn't even protrude the same height as the standard warwick tuners. To say I'm not impressed is an understatment. Has anyone else thought this or is it just me?
  11. You've been PM'd again, I'll have it again!!
  12. You've been PM'd. I'll have it bud.
  13. Sorry, no longer for sale, please remove post thanks.
  14. Just to say these basses are very nice to play, I've got four 5 string basses and this is by far the nicest feeling neck of them all. The output is high, either passive (volume only) or acitve (bass and treble boost/cut) and it's made here in the UK to boot!!
  15. Humpty Dumpty Bumpty, what an amazing bass!!
  16. Hi all, Just thought I'd say hi to everybody on the forum, was about time I joined. My gear, I've got 4 basses at mo, a Status Groove bass 5 in natural, a warwick streamer pro M 4 string in natural, a Hohner headless 5 string (cricket bat thing) in natural and a Ibanez Acoustic 5 string in natural (You've guessed it, I like the colour of wood, why paint over it?). Amp wise I have a Genz Benz Shuttle 6.0 with the 12" Speaker cab (very nice!). I've been playing for about 13 or so years (should be better than I am, if only I did 30 mins each day!!) and I play about once a month at my local church (R&B, gospel etc). There you go, that's about it folks.
