Dave is clear about the importance of a proper PSU. Any skimping on quality and my DHA VT2 (which Paul5 went on to get) would react very badly. As Paul5 says give it clean juice and it's silent.

that's a real nice looking bass you've got there matey. Like the bridge a lot. Not a fan of the headless bass in general, even Status, but headed Statii are lovely.
