There are excellent instructions on the forum as to how to post pics. I'm afraid you stand very little chance of making a sale unless you either post pics or post a link to pics. Please regard this as friendly advice and not a criticism. Good luck with selling your bass.

As the weight of this bass was brought into doubt I weighed it again on a calibrated scale and can confirm that it is 2.5kgs/6lbs. This shouldn't really be surprising as it is a small bodied swamp ash bass.

This era of Fender basses are marvellous instruments. My 84 Precision is a cracking bass and I have no doubt this one here is a beauty. It looks absolutely superb. Good luck with the sale!

I didn't intend to buy a bass that day but when I played this bass it blew me away. The serial number shows it to be a 2015 instrument so I suppose it is possible it could be the bass you tried. I have a family wedding coming up which needs some major finance so some of my basses have to go. My loss will be somebody's gain.

I have for sale a months old all original Fender 'Nate Mendel' Precision Bass. I bought this bass new from GuitarGuitar in Glasgow in May of this year. There is plenty of information online and on youtube regarding these basses. They have been very favourably received as being one of the best to come out of the Mexican factory. The road worn look is just about right in my opinion. This is a great bass and will make someone very happy. The weight of the bass is 8lbs/3.6kgs. The bass will be supplied with the Fender Gig Bag which has not been used. I even have the Fender box that it came in! If a hardcase is preferred then I can supply one of the latest Fender Moulded cases (Red Handle Version) for £60 which is offered at a daft price if a potential customer is interested. The bass has been kept in the hardcase since new. All tags, manuals, and allen keys are included in the sale. The alternative 'FF' neck plate is also included. Changed my mind on this one. Played it yesterday evening and it really does play above it's price tag. Something else will have to go though - watch this space!
