1. I thought Daisy basses were supposed to be very girly. If I were a girl , I would use a headless. Having said that, a girlie friend of mine picked up my Washburn status and found it heavy. Suzuki Quattro used a tele bass in her early days as a lot of people know.
2. When I moved into my flat, I bought some ceiling speakers( 2 for bedroom/2for hallway). They were about £38 a pair. Got some 79 strand cable as well. played through my Cambridge audio amp the sound is excellent . When I spoke to a guy in Sevenoaks hi fi, he said "keep your b&w speakers for the living room." Tbh, I think I should have put ceiling speakers in the living room as well..
3. Interesting thread. If you like your sound(and equipment ) stick with it . There are so many iPod docks now , which IMHO promote mp3's as priority . But, some of these docks sound great. You can plug your CD player into them as well. I have seperate amp , CD player speaker. Having said that , I listen to my music on my iPhone through noise cancelling headphones . Don't play as much music at home because of this. There have been A few threads on this recently .
4. Yeah, nice guy . Iirc , in a previous post he made I think he said he would be busy for a while.
5. Played this at my first gig many years ago,) Think i did it in 3 notes. E A. B a ( main versre) Beginning riff d-e on a string. Such a long time ago , but i think that was all there was to it.

8.
Ch have got black, chrome and gold. I used them for all of the black hardware on my P. good service and decently priced.
Yeah, chris is a very close friend of mine. Great guitarist too.just mention Schenker .. )
9. Ch guitars ?
10. Get the steinberger! Not only will you be able to slap( if thats your thing), you will have more room when gigging in small venues. Plus , you wont poke Mr.Drums eye out. The sound is top drawer, and transport is never an issue. Oh, did i mention that its rare ?,) Btw; where are the kubickis? Havent seen any for sale for a while now.
11. I have the single version of the Agular (ag 500 sc) Have a bump, as not enough people realise how kickass these amps are .
12. You said you wanted an ipad. The guy in the shop sounded ok tbh. You came out unscathed, so now buy the ipad and merge it with your bass. Job done .)
13. Howdy! Hope you had a great xmas. I have apps such as nano studio, garageband .while Animoog whould have been ideal(it now has a four track recorder), It doesn't pickup my bass via the irig. What i am after, is for an interface/app for ipad which allows me to record the usual keys/drums but also picks up my bass via irig. Has anyone got any ideas? Garageband doesnt do bass amps (a crime imho),and i want something with everything on a line recording wise. Cheers
14. I know ... It's Xmas and we re all broke. Reminder bump,)
15.
I did get thrown out of Heaven in Charring Cross once. Beat me to it ,)
16. For some reason i have to type this again; how many basses do you have? What type of amp do you have? Do you use yourbass with a computer? I may have a suggestion or two if i know this.) cheers
17.
Moving house after Christmas and because the missus is awesome I'm getting the front room as a music room. It's also going to be home to all her camera gear and a spare desk for her and the kids to do homework etc, but most of the room will be taken up with my music rubbish. She's definitely a keeper! Cool! How many basses do you have? Pedals, what amp etc. Do you use your computer for music also? So, I'm down to thinking about how to decorate it and what to fill it with. Curious as to what the population of BC do with their little music corner to make it practical, inspirational or whatever. Would love to see some pics if anyone's got a space they're proud of - its music room porn instead of gear porn! Mike
18.
Always wanted one of these in red with the cream binding. Played one when they first came out and really liked it. Never seen one with this pickup configuration though. Maybe a custom order?
Yeah , I played the red one when it came out at a music Fayre. T BH , this pickup config does exist, but is rare as hens teeth. I never noticed it when I got it. I just assumed I got an ordinary full bodied steinberger.)
