1.
Indeed. And I'm sure Apple spent a few $m getting a firm legal opinion about the whole exercise as well as the $100m for Bonio and pals.
They don't need an opinion - it's perfectly simple legally. Basic contract law, year one. If there are terms that are applicable and made available, you should read them and cannot rely on ignorance of them or their implications.
2. But I want a bxp, not an ugly cirrus
3. He is technically correct . It is in the EULA that you agreed to (whether or not you read the terms, it's not up to apple to make you read or understand them, the law assumes that you are bound by them in either case and allows you to choose to read in detail or not). They freely tell you how to stop it happening and how to remove it once it has happened so it never happens again. Both procedures are easy to accomplish. I'm not saying that it was a sensible decision on their part, just that you agreed they could do it.
4. Seen a mint peavey bxp actuve five string in the nice tiger flame finish - fairly rare onMarket place Any thoughts what I should offer ?
5.
I hear you but the principal is what we are worth goes to charity, I would not play their club for free just because they want a band for the night for example, the idea here is lets say our little trio is worth £150 minimum so that goes to the guide dogs and we have a fun gig, but that wont work if the members dont want to pay for a ticket will it, its not like we will just be playing for free if there was no charity event is it?
\the members are clearly that - a bunch of "members". Utterly mean. I wouldnt object to paying extra for a purely charity gig (If the house was taking the profit, I would object because it would be part of the package)
6. Enlighten us ?
7.
Sorry to hear your tutor is moving away .... and that this is happening twice! If he is good - stick with him for the moment anyway You can learn a lot in 6 months - it's all good practice anyway, I'd say.... At least you will be more likely to recognise a good tutor, or one that suits your learning by the time you need to find another one (if indeed you do need another)
Yep totally agree

19. Anti recommend is alesis sr16, totally wierd programming keys**. Hear Zoom ones are easier ** I'm actually a programmer by trade and I think it (the sr16) is totally illogical and counter intuitive

21.
I think the problem here is where it could lead. One album from a group that no one here likes is one thing but what if it got to 1,000s of albums a week? That would be a different level of annoyance and drive people away. Guess Apple would be aware of this though...
Some people who posted here do like them if you read back; i like them a bit less after this
22. I only liked two tracks - not good odds
23. Nitro is very old school, fender went over to acrylic in the early 70s I think so any "original" natural finishes (which I think most naturals were produced) would be poly ?
24. He likes it and approves of the pickup and neck profile
