    When I play my bass I find it has a bit to much brightness/twang (treble? ) for my liking I have adjusted the settings on my amp and it does help but I am just wondering if an EQ pedal would be a good tool to help fix this? cheers

    yes you can just pop the in your existing loom/preamp if you do not have an active preamp in your bass these wont go in as they are pure active pups

    Heat up the allen key then tap it into the glue as it is hot it dissolves the glue once fullty in the hole let the glue reharden then unscrew the truss rod nut all the way off and replace it this method is pretty effective if done right

    No mate what I meant is that the top and bottom strings looks like they are very close to the edge of the finger board

    Your mate must be off his head swapping his stick for a dodgy bitsa at least he has learned a valuable lesson shame he's out of pocket but he got off lightly imo

    Tell them they are taking the P155 and dont lend them the PA I know this sounds childish but might make the guys realise they are taking the P155 out of you

    I prefer cd to most formats as it does my brain in when using an Mp3 player or the like as it takes ages to load up with music and I dont like having so many songs on it as I prefer to just listen to albums and I skip tracks a lot lol

    What really gets on my tits is with most things the music is always around blow your head off volume and you can hardly hear the talking

    Imo it's best if you sand that Ibby neck with a seriously light touch and grit and seal it with a decent wax job done lovely and smooth
