  2. The plan is: Tuner>octave>doom>proton>Pork&Pickle>HX Stomp (Future Impact on FX loop)>Fake Plastic Trees> Cali> Noble the top part is the main tone section, the FPT is for some tube hair/grit. Main drive/fuzz is the Pork &Pickle. Analog synth for the 3leaf trio. Mod/reverb/delay and all other weird sounds handled by the HX stomp and Future impact combo.
  3. Waiting for a used Morningstar MC3 to show up for sale. Also not sure if I should go solderless or man up and get some SP400s. 😁
  4. Gigged condition, have scratches and marks from use. The -1 octave pot is also a bit bent but functioning fine. Can sell for £45 posted mainland. I am based in Aylesbury HP18 pics: https://imgur.com/a/MiREHL9 Now for sale only, no trades.
  5. I would have been on my way to Daventry already if I have the spare £1399! 😃
  6. Did this for some upcoming gigs lined up. Still waiting for my George L cables tho.
  7. One of the best comps you can buy. I am currently on my 3rd and I hope I dont have to sell it again.
  8. finally, I can put a Filter Twin to my all black board! 😄
  9. Holy Molly! Wish I have 4k, this looks like a perfect partner for my Alleva 4. 🤤🤤
  10. just had a quick listen to it and I assume that a combination of an octaver, a bit of toned off fuzz and a hint of chorus can approximate it.
  11. I got a set of strings too… but they are for short scale basses. 🙁 (all my basses are 34inchers)
  12. The Schecter bass has arrived. 🙂

I used to like it back in the 70s/80s when Schecter sold parts to make your own.

(I could never afford them back then, though.)

  13. I got loads of good gear, but the one that gets the most use for learning songs/practicing is a zoom B1on/apple earphones combo. Amp sims are decent enough, got an ok drum machine, and looper if I want to go to that solo bass stuff. Apple wired earphones because I find it balanced enough for music, so I can approximate the bass tone that I want.
  14. I tried almost all of them, except the Strobostomp HD. I got my Sonic Research Turbo Tuner middle of 2012 and is still being used till now. I love it so much I bought another. Atm my tuning arsenal consist of turbo tuner x2, Strobostomp classic (because od its DI out) and the tuners from my Helix Stomp and Zoom B1on. The Turbo Tuner beat them all.
  15. Wow, I just received a message on IG from Schecter that I have won a bass. 😊

  17. Congrats on a great purchase @bassist_lewis. I have mine for almost five years now and it really ended the preamp search. And I tried a lot, including the Monique.
  18. Can’t believe the “big” board is now more than 2 years old which is kinda good and worrying at the same time. 😬 Although tbh the small board is kinda enough for my pub band right now.
