  1. No idea, i must have dropped lucky as this is the only one ive seen thats been of any interest to me.
  2. I`ve de-deco`d the Ray copy for a grand total of £5 using an adjustable nut from China, a mate of mine is a furniture restorer so did a little chisel work and this is the result, plays very nice and i`ve got a Warman pickup to try in place of the original total outlay will have been £75 and a beer for my mate, not a bad result as it happens.
  3. Go on I`ll have them if they`re still there, pm me your Paypal details and I`ll sort out payment. Cheers Jeff.
  4. The white one would have been better with no plate, apart from that t looks interesting.
  5. Go on then 🙂. I actually prefer the neck on it to the G&L 2005 Tribute i used to own, its far less baseball batty!
  6. Well the deko Stingray alike has arrived and well i`ve managed to find the reason for being a deko, a badly cut nut, ive set it up, played it and its perfectly fine even the B string is ok, quite happy for £43

  8. I think I might have just fell lucky for a change, just bought the 5 string Stingray copy for £51 delivered! We shall see what its like when it arrives, fingers crossed.
  9. Looks like something a `certain gentleman` has bodged up.
  10. I think mine in the current band would be the live Dio version of Heaven and Hell, simple to play but I love the song and that particular arrangement.
  11. I had a Hohner Jack go the other way, an hours drive to a gig in the summer sent the action to -2mm! unplayable, good job I took a spare.

  13. A USA Fender Jazz, action you could drive a bus under and a neck joint you could keep 1mm picks in! And it was brand new in a shop.
  14. Ghost Pickups in Whitley Bay, Wilf Vissenga is his name
  15. Cheers for that heads up bertbass, bought one, used it twice now and I`m impressed, does exactly what I wanted it to do. Thanks.
  16. So thats yours is it, very nice indeed, my next one hasn`t been started yet, hopefully get it by christmas.
  17. Just bought this last week for the ridiculous price of £130! its immaculate, not a single mark on it
  18. `Twas a no brainer for me, I had the lovely chaps at Alpher build me a Cobia 5 string (still the only one in the world), my choice of everything and the serial number is my birth date, cool as you like!!
  19. Pointy and black? Why not, here`s my Ibanez Destroyer, good with standard pickups, awesome with Duncan Q/P`s
  20. Can anyone recommend a small powered monitor (smaller the better) just so I can hear my backing vocals?
  21. Has anyone on here turned a chunky neck into an asymetric one? Thinking about trying it on my Jackson Kellybird as its a bit on the precision side
