3. Hmmm shame you not near, as i have been toying with the idea of trading my hd350 for an LMK, but would want to try the head first- bump

 5. AAWWWW Ben really sorry your selling this mate, it looks amazing and ive been interested in the fanned fret idea for a while now, i hope the new business takes off and your buying more soon, if mike ends up with this, trust me its going to a good home- all the best mate - lee
 6.
Theres a bargain! Theres literally no love for Jackson/Charvel gear on this site, tis shocking. Great build quality, must be the unorthodox shapes. I love Kip Winger and all the Glam Rock/Hair Metal that went with him.
+1 i bloody love kip winger and this is one gorgeous looking bass ( strangely though i prefer the black one, very sexy) very skint lad otherwise id have his in a second and then turn up to jazz gigs with it -
 7. Youll be fine mate, it just means the amp can be ran from 8ohms to 2 ohms so your 2 cabs will be fine, giving you 450 watts, mines an old one as it says 8-4 ohms , fantastic amp though really love it EBS just need to make a pocket version - lol
 8. I had one of these in exactly the same colour, bought it for stupid money and sold for naff all when a tax bill came up, bloody fantastic bass, but at the time was playing warwicks more, big regrets for getting rid of it (especially at the price i got) well worth the cash, if i didnt have a ken smith 5 im very happy with would be very tempted - big bump for the sale - lee

 10. Ive played this particular bass, and its a beauty, very low action and slaps great, very articulate sound, has a great neck and a fantastic player all round, i woudnt mind this myself. huge bump for a great bloke and a fantastic bass - all the best - lee

 13. Hi barrie Iv used a three guitar rockstand for years, but i must say the foam on the bottom splits eventually, exposing the metal, not good for your nice expensive basses, i have a double hercules one too, and ive had no bother, but the footprint is massive, have you thought about wall mounting them?
 14. Hi Everbody My old bandleader from the ships has been in touch and needs a bass player for a cruise contract, its for P&O cruises on thier latest ship the Azura, should be a really nice gig, no drills or in port manning playing lots of diffrent types of stuff great friendly people to work with. contract runs 25th june till 29th oct , sight reading essential as you will be juggling a lot of pads with NO rehearsal, bits of standard notation with some chord charts and the ability to busk is always welcome. PM me your details if your interested and ill pass them on. cheers everbody, this is a good oppertunity to see the world for the right person - all the best -lee

 18.
It looks like it spent a week on the wall in your shop, Uncle H.
brilliant really true!!!!
 19. I played this show a couple of years ago, as a few people have pointed out queen songs held together with a weak story, hugely enjoyable to play as i adore queen an JD is one of my favourite players, it is a reading gig so dont rely on just learning the songs as the arrangements are slightly diffrent and watch the conductor fr que,s he/she will be beating time in case the drummer cant keep it when i did it i used a warwick streamer stage 1 favouring the P pickup, but a warm smooth fingerstyle tone can be had on any bass with a bit of tweaking. If you hate queen thats fine, maybe you,ll appreciate what a great player John Deacon is after doing it, enjoy - all the best - lee
 20.
I'm just doing 8 days cover with de house band....must call in and check out the Smith although I hope you don't find yourself in a situation where you have to sell....TaRa! [wonder where that came from].
Cool say hi to Bob Strychek for me, i believe he,s still on drums there, definately pop in if your in the area, bloody nice bass and you dont see too many about as i said not sure if ill be able to keep it with the constant assaults on my finances 2010 is bringing Have a good one mate, speak soon - lee

 22.
.............Hey Buddy- hope you're well....I'm still a bit undecided I guess - it is pretty cool.....how's the Smith?..I was hoping to find one Stateside on my last contract but no luck....Maybe I'll find one next week on the Artemis Take care ..Mike
Hi Mike Are you with Clive &Cj or the house band? i did 18 months in Artemis house band, very hard work at the time ( 16 new showsfor worldy) so didnt get off a lot, nice little ship though, im loving the smith to bits, best 5 ive ever had, TBH Mike times are a bit hard at mo and ive3 nearly put it up for sale twice, tring my best to hang on to it, got a few gigs coming up so should be ok, if i move it on ill let you know enjoy your trip - lee
 23. I bought a sister sledge live CD, from a market stall, back in 96, its still on my ipod , and he,s on bass, absolutely brilliant player, very aggresive modern tone and great chops, i believe he played warwick basses (i think i read that somewhere) he was/is the band MD i particularly liked his bass solo where he played the theme to "blue peter" he did try to reinvent bernard edwards lines though. you cant reinvent the wheel as it were. Very good though - all the best - lee
