No experience of QED cable in an bass amp cab sense but always wired the hifi speakers I built with 'specialist' cable, but I would doubt you would hear much difference at bass frequencies in a band mix. If lucky you may find a slight improvement in note definition. Can't hurt to try it - whats the sq mm size of the Anniversary XT?

I may be able to pick it up off Dankology depending what time he would get to the M6 at Cannock? -
Don't give up, a lot of us have felt as you do (I did just last week after our weekly rehearsal). Take some time off and try writing your own material and see how you get on. Age wise I've just gone 65 so it's never to late.

Have a look at the Ripchords on the myVolts.com website. These can used with powerbanks.

I believe so, no hard copies in the local WH Smith and no update to my " your subscription is ending soon" letter which did not mention the month/final issue number. Went online to find a digital subscription but only found individual copies available. -
Apparently the original line up of the band were struggling to find a name then one of the members got sent on an errand to the old Lucas car parts factory ìn Birmingham. When they next met up again he said while driving round he came a cross a road sign and thought it would make a good name so they became - Garrison Lane. This was way way before Peaky Blinders made the road famous. The only other name we went under during changes in the lineup was The Leg Ends.

Yep, I have 2x 30.5" ACG basses a third would be nice but 32" is just a stretch to far😁 -

That ACG is a great looking bass, shame the scale length is not 2" shorter (for me). -
Dispicable, I hope you get the gear and the offenders get their comuppence. Our eyes are scouting all the avenues for you.

You could always try both options break-even and see which one suits best. I have only been using my little finger over the last 18 months and the jury is still out on it being any real advantage.

Funnily enough my subsvription has just come to an end and I was wondering where the 'this is your last chance to renew' reminders were as in the past I have had 3 to 4 this time just the one and no mention of going on line only. I wait in anticipation.... -
You could always cut 3/4 pieces of plastic tubing to the hieght required and put under each corner or use bigger diameter tube and put one under each front corner and the third halfway along the back edge. Cheap and cheerful.

Looking at what goes through the classifieds the points you highlight are not limiting so try the Amps fo sale thread. Laney is well liked as a brand as well.

That makes sense👍

Nice rig, regret selling my Genz Benz 8" combo.

👍 how did you come to choose that gauge over 50 70 90 110?

There are similarly named toneprints for both the Spectradrive and Spectracomp in the Toneprint app (I have not checked if all the options apply to each). Not sure how they sound against each other.

Tascam also have a number of recording products that would fit your requirements.

Similar to a few others I play through a practice amp and feed tracks from a Tascam GB10 or stream via an Amazon echo into the aux socket.
