  1. They are great aren't they! Just replaced my PT with a trio 21 and am very happy. A little more work than velcro, but on the whole a really good system, tidy and sturdy.
  2. This mainly makes me feel old...
  3. Oooohhhh, got it wrong....... Well, apparently I like Fenders over Jake's, but there is next to nothing between themand the Jake has an extra pup and is clearly more economical. Nice.
  4. Mr Wateroftyne, you are going to make us wait aren't you.....
  5. Wow, indeed very evenly matched. Must admit the Maruszczyk name is growing on me. I think the 1st is the Jake and 2nd is the P, the 1st feels/sounds as if it may have the chambered body (resonance different), but on a recording it is very difficult to tell them apart.
  6. RB1001 and 700 user here. I also had an MB, whilst it is a perfectly fine amp, comparing the RB to the MB..... no contest at all. RB clear victor on all fronts.
  7. Orange OR 30 is pretty flexible as far as I can tell.
  8. Okay, latest incarnation. Temple Audio Trio 21 replaced my Pedaltrain (no more velcro) and some other minor changes. Empty spot is for the B3K (I sold mine.. idiot.. and have had to replace it. Now on the board). The 3 COG pedals are Custom versions of a TK421X, A Grand Tarking and T65.
  9. yum, really looking the business.
  10. I have the Keeley Pro version, same basic design just more features, these compressors are excellent, very low noise, very musical, great build quality. I prefer the Keeley (DBX based) over the Cali's (UREI based), but whatever your preference this is an excellent compressor that can easily compete with Diamond, Cali, M87 etc.
  11. http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/the_visigoth/m.html?item=291459474969&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562 I'm having the lanyard and Zulu VHS.
  12. Good to see him back, take that Fender accountants.
  13. Very nice, is the neck finished? Quite shiny.
  14. Lovely, I do like the '62s. GLWTS
  15. Still miss my 62 AVRI..... Great basses.
  16. Not my taste design wise, but these basses sound incredible and you don't see them for sale often.
  17. Although compressed internet files will not paint an accurate picture it seems there is yet another great compressor with a decently small footprint and that is well suited for bass on the market. Cali Bass, Keeley Compressor Pro, this all seems to be getting a lot of praise. Good times! One thing I do notice is that the SS does not have clear labeling, that is pretty much a must for me wrt ratio, attack and release. Does the manual give clear instruction on that front?
  18. PM-ed twice
  19. Someone please buy this, I am starting to get greedy
  20. So in an effort to downsize my pedalboard I bought the new Novo 18 roughly 2 months ago to replace the larger PT3 I had. The Novo 18 has the same depth as the PT3, but is 4 or 5 inches narrower. Great pedalboard and very compact for the amount of pedals it holds but I am finding myself wanting to squeeze a few more pedals on than it can handle.... Should have kept the PT3 probably. Holds 10 Boss sized pedals + Anyway, these are £91 from Thomann new, anyone looking for one that is onl very lightly used at a solid discount? How about £60 shipped, which also includes both Voodoolab and the new universal power supply mounting brackets. https://www.thomann.de/gb/pedaltrain_novo_18_sc.htm
  21. Good things are worth the wait, on seperate not Darkglass comp was shipped to a forum member.... Not long now on that front.
  22. Now on page 10. How about a cuppa?
  23. I know someone who will be extremely interested to hear your impressions. Right Kev?
