1. i wouldn't hang them without finding a stud tbh... as for the lack of studs...they should be there, or else the whole wall would flex.
 2. stylophones iz teh nazz
 3.
Go back to the original Zutons version, far far better than the Winehouse abomination and probably easier to work out.
plus the one...and you'd not have to listen to her awful caterwauling as well.
 4.
I gave him first option to buy it now that it's been fixed but he's bought some other gear So it's now up for grabs again!!
you did indeed..many thanks i'll just mention that wooks was a pleasure to deal with even though i diecided not to grab it back off him after the repairs. i've splashed some cash on some DHA stuff from some folks here, so i can't justify the zoom sadly. good luck with the sale.
I use a Fulltone bass drive to add grit to my tone. Comp mode is excellent. Although some users find the volume switch a bit too sensitive.
if you'e willing to spend the dosh, then go for a fulltone bass driver, or maybe an xotic bass bb preamp pedal. both are excellent.

 13.
looking at the schematic its gonna lose a lil bit, change the input cap to a .1uf cap from the 0.01 and it should be all good either that or change the output cap to something a bit larger but that might make it sound a bit more gainy etc.
my thoughts exactly.
 14. thanks for the tips folks. i was wondering how much of the bass would be affected by the stock circuit.
 15.
What about an EHX Steel Leather? It probably wouldn't make it sound like a pick, but the description of how it modifies your tone certainly seems to imply it sounds a bit more pick like.
that's pretty much what it does.
 16. anyone tried one of these yet ? anyone even seen one ?
 17.
Hi thanks for the replys this is the web address http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hLG7mHYU7O4
nice pajamas !
 18.
That's an easy one, then. Don't buy the album & don't bother looking into going to any of the live shows. Simple
by jove, i think you've got it
 19. if i ever get rid of enough basses to warrant buying a new one, an atk would deffo be on the list
 20.
If it doesn't look like it's been through a wood chipper then i'm not too bothered!
just wait...you'll prolly be able to buy a pile of wood chippings...it would be a 'super relic' model
 21. i'm thinking of building myself one, so tweaking the circuit would be an option.
 22. to me basses are tools...they get bashed around eventually. the odd scratch and dink doesn't bother me as long as they work ok. mind you, all except one of the basses i've owned has been second hand, so i've never really had a pristine bass anyway.
 23. i'm just curious...anyone ever used one on bass ?
 24. sounds like hell on earth to me...
 25.
Still, whats the point of buying a quad core, expensiver, hotter, powerhungry processor if your applications cant take advantage of 4 cores parallel processing?
i was kindof thinking the same thing...my dual-core machine isn't even stretched by what i do, and if you're running a 'lightweight' daw... i'll admit i'm no expert on these things, but i'd say have a think if you really need the processing power of a quad-core, given then noise and power consumption considerations.
