    I had the stereo and sold it. Regretted it and bought the mono. It really is the Swiss Army knife of amp world. I’ve got a Markbass Evo 1 to try out at the moment which basically, has the Multiamp amps and effects but has two independent channels, which is exactly what I need. I think it’s what I’ve been looking for, for a long time 😁

    It might be my shonky 1980's Applause build.. the machine heads are not set as far into the headstock as a real Fender and so are not completely in line with the nut. the angle of doom is inherent in the OG build. Damn. Machine heads not in line + machine heads scalloped = badangles & buzz. Bugger.

    Bought it two months ago for my second pedal board for overseas travel but I don’t use it now. literally mint and all boxed and complete. Stunning sounding preamp still obviously in warranty too so bonus. £275

    IME - and I've done both - it's often more economic to simply buy an aftermarket body in the preferred finish than it is to refin the existing body; for example a while back I bought a stunning new Warmoth 3tsb body for not a lot more than a refin had recently cost me, which was close to £400. OK it's most useful with Fenders/Fenderalikes and MMs of course but there's a 90% chance after all 👍
