If not the same then very similar. Yes, it can do a range of modes from 5 channels to around 50. But, to mimic the sequences I saw in the promotional video (think of a Knight Rider effect, with a second in a different colour running opposite) then I think you need the 50 channel mode.

Iron Ether Super Frantabit Bitcrusher - price drop
pantherairsoft posted a topic in Effects For Sale
Super rare Iron Ether Super FrantaBit - basically two FranaBits in one box, with foot switches to flip flop between them both, as well as switch between Degrade and Obliterate mode. One of the most versatile and sought after Bit Crushers ever made. Grab this now, without the painfully long wait, shipping, and a massive VAT bill when it arrives in the UK! Now £385, inc postage in the UK. Selling this to buy a Hologram Microcosm (had one, massive regrets over selling it), but will consider the following trades/part-exs: Hologram Microcosm, Red Panda Tensor, Triungolo Barbanera. Iron Ether Polytope, Iron Ether Xerograph, Providence Anadime Bass Chorus, Ibanez Ashula SRAS7 (Dragon Eye Burl finish).-

Here's your chance to grab one of Hellzero's reproduction pre-Ernie Ball Stingray preamp kits, which includes original style knobs, knobs, battery connector, output javk, and control plate, plus a Seymour Duncan Alnico pickup. Here's a link to the original preamp listing: I bought these for a project, but have decided not to complete it (I'm buying a Pino Palladino signature Stingray instead. Price includes delivery within the UK. Go on, treat yourself!

The ^2 notation is nothing to do with imperial or metric but is a computer way of describing something to the power 2. So x^2 means x squared or x x x (which is really confusing) as we sometimes use x to mean times. We could also say x * x. Many computer languages use the ^ symbol as the notation for "to the power of" as you can't use a superscript as languages are based on the ASCII character set.

Funnily, I'm telling myself that it would be great to sell my Casio AP-750 and buy a Roland LX-9 to be able to use Pianoteq 9 through an iPad with it and especially because this "new" Roland ticks all the boxes for me (having an USB TO HOST with audio plus MIDI both ways and an excellent amplification alongside the marvellous PHA-100 keybed with haptic feedback). I'm still thinking...

I'm not sure if what you have is the same as mine. It looks like the same case and set of lights but the programming may be different. Mine operates in1,2,3,4,6,7,12, and 24 channel modes depending upon whether you want individual control of one, two, three four or eight sections seperately. some modes give you access to the built in programs too. I also have a remote control. On the rear panel I can select the built in programs and adjust things like speed and sensitivity of the sound to light. Start off by finding the intensity controls for red green and blue, you can then at least control the colours and their intensity from the rear panel and via DMX if you choose. There should be a 3 channel mode which does this.

I looked into this recently and I couldn’t find anything ‘free’. Any with a free trial still needed a credit card number and I’m too sceptical to do that. I ended up using copilot to make some images (typed in the lyrics and went through a lot of questions as to ‘what I wanted it to look like’) and used a vid edit program to stitch them together… Happy with the results, especially as none of the people involved had time to be in it 😂.

Something seasonal - the complete Reginald Veal bass part for the tune 'Winter Wonderland' from the 1989 Wynton Marsalis album, 'Crescent City Christmas Card'. For me, this is the best Christmas album ever recorded. Steeped in New Orleans traditions, it manages to avoid that crass saccharin sweetness that most Christmas albums have. This record is brimming with Joy but remains classy and profound. Veal is such a deep player; he can do no wrong by me. https://bilbosbassbites.co.uk/winter-wonderland-wynton-marsalis/

You can get a service where you would only pay a few quid for a video, but it would take probably a few iterations to get it how you want, so it might be better getting a subscription. This is assumign you wanted to animate the photos and make an AI video, unless you just meant one of those videos where you just have the pictures fading into each other that any photo service should be able to do free

Listening to solo DB albums, no backing, just one bass player
NickA replied to Rob MacKillop's topic in EUB and Double Bass
I know, doesn't it just. All Stanley is remembered for, tho he's done lots more. It is indeed a bit samey. The other tracks on nightfall are good too tho, I like the fifth of Beethoven ( Ornette Coleman?) and will be looking out more of Herr Ilg. -

Ah yes, I can see what happened here. I sold some tuners to Quent, my name is also Ash (although I use the Von Braun moniker for BC) and he left feedback here and I responded, being the polite chap I am. Bit of a comedy of errors! 😁 Hope you are keeping well Ash, I sold you my blue '94 Sterling back in '22, good luck with the one you have up at present, very pretty!

Anyone remember Ohm Bass Amps?
Piers_Williamson replied to Jean-Luc Pickguard's topic in General Discussion
God....one of the worst amps I ever owned and I think you are right about the flanger. I thought I had forgotten about it. I seem to remember a completely non functional graphic as well.
