    It would be easiest to use a thin carbon fibre plate/strip. Weighs nothing, is stiff, and could be taped to pickups (3M VHB). Can be removed if necessary.

    This is as hard-hitting as Lucinda’s songs, and to be frank it’s a wee bit too honest. But that makes it compelling reading, so if you like her music it’s a solid investment. If you don’t know who she is, consult YouTube immediately… Hardback, very good condition. RRP £20, yours for £13 posted. Now just £11.

    I can't think which bass, but there's one I've seen recently which had a long thin thumbrest running above the pickups. Something like that, possibly even with a lower edge like a mountain range to fit onto the pickups and ramp (if fitted) would be a solution - 3D printed perhaps.

American Ash stingray body in gloss Musicman Hardware apart from Hipshot Ultralight tuners 8 Coil Herrick Pickup Controls are kill switch, then nfp filter preamp, then volume then 3 way switch (goes between 4 coil P humbucker, then full 8 coil, then 4 coil reverse P humbucker) Finally Status graphite MM neck with J Bass nut width
