More power through more speakers = big win, with the caveat that results can be messy. There may be be 2 to 3dB extra worth of amp power. What happens to that power depends how similarly the cabinets react. Try to find the cab that Markbass sold as the extension for the combo. Otherwise all bets are off and you should try before you buy. A good match will get you another 3dB of loudness. +5dB is a good bump to keep up your sleeve for when you need it. If you need it just to keep up you should really be shopping for a bigger rig. An 8 ohm 212 under it would really surprise but you could put a bigger amp on it by itself and get louder again.

I have a Kurzweil SP76 piano. It is touch-sensitive (or rather, velocity sensitive). The harder I hit the key, the louder it is. However, since this morning, the A-flat below middle C is always at maximum volume. Any ideas on what the problem might be, and how to fix it?
