Hi all, I'm moving into a smaller flat soon, so I'm selling a large chunk of my music equipment. For this reason, I'm letting go of the following Rockboard pedalboards and mods/accessories. For the two bigger pedalboards, pick-up from Durham would be preferred, but shipping can be arranged. Pictures will follow this afternoon. Rockboard Cinque 5.3 with MOD1 and MOD2 and softcase - Mint condition, bought new last year to combine all my pedals on a single board, but due to size restrictions in my new flat, I had to opt for two smaller pedalboards. It's in really good shape and has only been on my desk setup at home, hence it has never seen a stage or practise room. It only lacks a tiny bit of paint on the underside around some of the screws, and actually was shipped in this state when I received it new from Thomann. It comes with a nicely padded, unused Rockboard softcase, and has currently two Rockboard Mods (Mod1 v2 and Mod2 v2) installed. I'd like to sell it as a package deal so I can keep the two mods installed, but please feel free to reach out to me if you're interested in the board and softcase alone (without the mods). The board and softcase go around £215, and the Mods around £50-55 each, so the whole package would cost you around £315 new. I'm offering it for £240 all together (pedalboard, softcase, Mod1, Mod2) as a pick-up price from DURHAM (I can deliver it locally), or £260 shipped. Now £220 all together (pedalboard, softcase, MOD1, and MOD2) when picked up from Durham, or £240 shipped. Now £200 all together (pedalboard, softcase, MOD1, and MOD2) when picked up from Durham, or £220 shipped. Rockboard Mini Mod TRS - Nice little MOD unit that can be attached to every Rockboard pedalboard, given you a TRS in- or out jack. Happy to sell it with any of the pedalboards above for an additional £5. Rockboard Mod Brace - Stainless steel frame to give more stability to heavier Rockboard MOD units. Selling it for £12 posted. Any questions just send me a message. SOLD: Rockboard Cinque 5.2 with softcase - Great condition, I used this before upgrading to the 5.3. It's also in really good shape apart from one scratch mark on the back. When taking off a MOD unit, one screw got stuck and by removing it, I scratched the back a bit unfortunately. However, this scratch mark should largely be covered once a new MOD is in place. Other than that, it's in perfect condition. It also comes with a nicely padded Rockboard softcase. I'm selling it for £80 when picked-up from DURHAM, or £95 shipped. SOLD Rockboard Frame 5 XL Cinque - Can be used on both Rockboard Cinque 5.2 or 5.3 and substitutes one of the frame struts underneath. As it has a large cut-out, you can attach larger items (such as big power supplies) underneath these pedalboards. Best to google and see what it looks like to decide if it might be useful for you, but it was actually very helpful for me to mount lots of equipment (power supplies, DI Box, and so on) underneath my pedalboards). Selling for £16 posted. SOLD Rockboard Duo 2.0 with softcase - Great condition. I used it for a little headphone-based setup when travelling, so it has seen a couple of hotel rooms but it's still in really good shape. Also comes with a nicely padded Rockboard softcase. £30 when picked-up from Durham, or £35 shipped. SOLD

Tonerider Jazz pickups... how good are they really?
Allen replied to wateroftyne's topic in Accessories and Misc
Thank you for @Homatron @Hellzeroand @Geek99 for replies. I have now installed the Tonerider classic set along with new pots and wiring. As described, only minimal enlarging of the bridge position slot was needed, and the pickups do sound very nice so far. It will be a couple of weeks before gigging schedule starts again, so will report back on this more realistic test. Thanks again to bass brothers and sisters here -
I briefly (for 12 hours!) owned an SWR Studio 220 and a 410. The next day I took it all back to the Bass Centre and swapped it for a Mesa Boogie 400+ and RR 210EV which went nicely with my RR 115EV.

I still own & use SWR.. & shall continue to do so.

Phil Jones Bighead Pro HA2 for sale. Bought from new from Bassdirect and had it about a year I think. Looking for £200 £180 £165. I'm based in Cambridge. Here is some detail about the unit plus a photo or two and a link to a Youtube video. Mobile High Performance Multi-Function Headphone Amplifier/Digital Audio Interface The HA-2 is the second model in the Bighead series and is a step up model of the popular HA-1 Bighead with added technology and features. It is a rechargeable lithium ion dynamo that is ideal for use in practice or recording situations. It also functions as a headphone booster amp as well as a preamp to drive powered amplifiers. The HA-2 has both passive and active instrument inputs with a 2 band EQ that is ideal for guitar and bass, yet versatile enough for use with other instruments. Last night I went to see Freshly Squeezed at the Bread & Roses in Plymouth. Great gig! Super fun, but tinged with sadness... The gig was part of a push to save this brilliant venue. I hope its OK to share the crowdfunder link here, in case anyone feels they could spare a few pennies. https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/qr/1n72BK7W?utm_campaign=sharemodal&utm_medium=referral&utm_source=shortlink
