The impregnated cloth on the left is simply amazing to polish anything metallic (it was designed for jewellery), the buffing cloth on the right is subsidiary, but works very well too. Since I bought this kit, the Dremel with the polishing wheel and buffing paste are remaining in the case.

Black trainers. Have you no sartorial decency? Shorts worn with black trainers and black socks. What is wrong with you? Socks with sandles. I know that’s an old one but the guilty are getting younger. Actors in TV shows and films who mumble and whisper. Might be my old ears though. And have I mentioned baseball caps worn backwards? Do it, is my advice i was listening to it at OM night, passive, mostly front pup through a PA and it sounded immense the neck on the five string is superb and i like the close spacing

If it ever does. These things have a use, and I can’t see that use disappearing it’s small, loud, you can feed it Bluetooth and it runs off a power bank. treble and bass speaker plus a carry handle What’s not to like? if you have an acoustic bass it’s the perfect topup to match one or two acoustic guitars for volume in a jam What’s not to like?

These are lovely little amps with the typical, great Phil Jones Bass sound and superb build quality. It has had a very easy life, kept in its box when not in use and only used in the home (or on the occasional UK holiday). It has a 3 band eq, headphone socket for quiet practice, excellent Bluetooth for playing along with the iPad (or Aux in) and at 35 watts is more than enough for the home. It weighs just 2.4kgs. There is a tiny indentation on the top left hand corner of the combo but of course this does not affect the functionality of the unit in any way. I have the original box, so postage (at buyer’s cost) will not be a problem. Collection in person is welcomed.-

Try both would be my motto in this situation - it’s a lot harder to write instruction manuals than you think, remembering everything, restating everything without making the reader throw it away and decide to just wing it

Well, try it both ways maybe? Try draining them entirely and charge the case, put them back in the case. If they charge without pressing the button and they only last a short time again, then it's an issue with them. If they don't charge then try pressing the button to see if they do charge.
