If it goes good it's a lot of amp for the money. -
Bought a pedal from Mark in an excellent deal. Highly recommended!

Pedant alert: There are multple solution though, e.g. B=1 G=97. you can only get a unique solution if we know the total number of instruments (ie G + B).

Flipping basses for profit – fair game or not cool?

If it was a 54p bass for £20 I'd tell them to stuff it. 😄 -
Putting out a feeler for a Zoom B9.1ut. for sale. Bought this on here some years ago and now wanting to move it on. It's a great "Bass Control Centre" with excellent connectivity - check it online if not familiar. It does have a loose power connection (as when bought) and needs a bit of jiggling and BluTak etc to fix in place. Comes with a substitute 12V psu (as bought). Might benefit from a quieter supply but YMMV. Apart from that all controls / pots / connections etc seem good. Manual etc available online and there's a good PC editor program I got from the Zoom website. I can supply if it's dropped off there. Posting this would be a hassle - it's def on the large / solid side, so price is for collection from Brighton or Littlehampton (Home / Work) although delivery / meet up could be possible in the Sussex region. Just ask me if interested. Will do photos if interest shown. Would prefer to move it on here rather than Ebay etc.

Assume these are Japan Custom Shop builds? If so the price is nothing out of the ordinary, that's where their top artists' instruments are built.

sorry to hear that location means I don't trade on this site but reading contributors to here I think buying and selling would be something I would engage in "The Vibe" -

I didn’t want to share names... Drummer asks to confirm what song he should be learning, then asks for a link to the correct version.

I like Ibanez but $8k for an SR made with pretty woods is a bit of a stretch.

***PRICE DROP NOW £1300*** 2010 US Stingray, 2EQ, CAR with rosewood board. One of the limited edition 133 basses, full fat ‘ray but with a soft gig bag case instead of a hard shell job. This is in excellent condition with one very minor ding on the top edge, and the pickguard is quite marked but obviously easily replaceable. Comes with a Hipshot D-tuner (long key though instead of short… doh), if you want the original tuner key I’ll chuck it in. I’ve also replaced the pickup with a Nordstrand MM4.2, which sounds flippin’ great. She’s quite heavy (10lb) but with a decent wide strap it feels ok. ***EDIT*** now comes with the option of a Warwick Rockbass semi-rigid case - photos added. Loathe to post this but can at buyer’s (insured) expense, or can meet in person at either Portsmouth, Southsea, Southampton or Lymington (I’m on the I.O.W.)

On Friday 24th October, I made a Freedom of Information request regarding the information held by the Leicester Court service in relation to Case Reference 33JJ0821825. I received a very speedy reply, via email. Basschatters will see that I have not commented on the case, nor given an opinion on the defendant. Instead, I am simply collating and sharing facts that have already been published elsewhere. However, I have added in my own clarification text in square brackets, to give context to their response. Their email, below: "Good Afternoon, Thankyou for your email. I can only see one case for this defendant [Michael Mason] on our system - 33JJ0821825 - Leicester Crown Court - 26/11/2025 Offence 1 - Make / supply article for use in fraud - Fraud Act 2006 On 16/05/2023 at Leicester you made an article, namely made, intending it to be used to commit, or assist in the commission of, fraud 'Contrary to section 7 of the Fraud Act 2006 Offence 2 - Commit an act / series of acts with intent to pervert the course of public justice On 16/06/2023 at Leicester you, with intent to pervert the course of public justice, did a series of acts, namely producing a fake court order, which had a tendency to pervert the course of public justice 'Contrary to Common Law 3 - Pretend to act under the authority of a County Court On 16/06/2023 at Leicester you acted under a false colour or pretence of the process or authority of the county court in that produced a fake court order intending to convince a county court sheriff that you had a genuine set aside order.
