    I couldn't see that a thread has been created for this, looks like a very interesting bass.     Looking at selling my lefty Bass Collection Bruce Thomas Profile bass. If you’re not aware of them there’s a separate thread on the forum regarding these basses. I purchased the bass from the Bass Centre in early 2024. It’s in excellent condition with no marks or issues, set up really well, plays lovely, & sounds great. Included is the Bass Centre gig bag it came in, plus the book signed by Bruce Thomas. It’s currently fitted with dunlop strap pins, although the original strap pins are included in the sale. Weight on my bathroom scales is 4.1kg. You may well ask why am i selling it then, well i have a Fender P Pro 2 which gets most of my gig action nowadays, plus i’ve got my eye on a non P bass to give me something a bit different. These are now £645 new, so I believe what i’m asking for is a good and fair price. UK sale only, & local collection from the Teesside area preferred, although i may be able to meet up within a reasonable distance from this location. Should any buyer wish to use a courier, this would be at their expense & risk.

    They are fne as affordable monitors, I've used them as PA for talks and once as vocal only pa for a small gig.

    Last night, played with Nine Lives at Wilsons in Aberdeen. Honestly, it was merely an OK gig - it wasn't very busy, but the few folk who were there were into it, including a hilariously incoherent guy who was sitting in his chair, fist pumping the air and occasionally shouting out incomprehensible things. Well, he seemed to be enjoying himself and not harming anyone so it's all good. My best mate came down to the gig as well, so cheers for the support, brother from another mother! As long as you're getting something back from the folk who are there, it makes it worthwhile. It was a "weird MIJ LP shaped bass" kind of night, with the Burny LSB-80 followed by the Greco LGB-700 into a couple of yellow and black boxes.

    I am new to the xr18 and am having trouble with monitor volume control. I have viewed a number of vids and do not have the screen needed to click on "utility" icon and there I am stopped. Surely it's an easy fix...., what am I missing?

    I mean, I'm not saying that money is no object, but I've worked hard in my little life and bass amps aren't exactly Lamborghinis. So anyway I don't own a bass combo. Can we have just little context? 😁
