  3. Virtually new Fender Bassman 100 cover from Roqsolid, i got it to use while my flightcase was being manufactured so was only used briefly. Its a little dusty but will wipe. They're about £65 new + shipping Cover is in Hope Valley, happy to post within UK, probably gonna cost a tenner just for how small it doesn't fold up.
  4. For sale, my Octave Mandola OR Octave Mandolin (they are the same thing). Shorter scale than an Irish Bouzouki, this one is tuned GDAE in unison pairs (or courses). Condition is excellent, not quite mint and includes a nice TGI gig bag that is a perfect fit. Mandola is in Hope Valley (S33 6SB) for local collection or I could deliver locally too. Could attempt uk posting but it isn't as solid as a bass so I'd be a bit wary of that.
  5. Great sounding preamp/di, I'm having a clear out of things I don't use enough to warrant keeping and I already have a clean preamp/di that does the job for me as well as a couple of colourful sounding pre/di pedals so I really don't need this sat around as it may as well be with someone who'll be using it. It does that lovely Eden clean crisp sound, punchy and lovely. Comes with a power supply (don't think it's the original one) but I used with my voodoo lab power supply as that does 15v. Condition is very very good. Pedal is in Hope Valley (S33 6SB) if you're passing for collection or I can deliver locally, happy to post within UK.
  6. Another cool pedal I've had sat around a while, sounds great, I just don't use dirt in my current setup so while it sounds really good it's just sat in a cupboard and might as well be getting used by someone. Condition is excellent / looks new to me. Here's someone doing a demo of one: Pedal is in Hope Valley (S33 6SB) if you're passing for collection or I can do local delivery, also happy to do UK poastage.
  7. The MXR Bass Auto Q is an auto-wah / envelope filter based on the sound of the Cry Baby pedal, this one designed specifically for bass guitar. The Bass Auto Q features adjustable sensitivity and blendable LFO signal. Condition is decent, the case has some chipped paint (around the base plate), just dusty otherwise. Everything works as it should. All it's original knobs present and correct. Seen these listed on ebay for a fair bit more than this and in roughly this condition. this is the broken battery clip, for some reason the battery hatch doesn't stay shut by itself either hence the velcro fix by a previous owner from these parts, does the job Pedal is in Hope Valley (S33 6SB) if you're passing for local collection or I can do local delivery, also happy to do UK postage.
  8. normally the other half hears random bass video or music sounds coming out of the laptop and rolls her eyes... but she liked that last one
  9. No, in the last 2 months. Up until the new year it was £620.
  10. It came down in price between when you posted and when i googled it? 😂
  11. First gig of the year, with the Zep tribute in Cottingham on the east coast. A bit rusty with a dep guitar player as our BL / guitarist is still out with serious back issues, but all-in-all a pretty solid performance. A decent crowd with 160 tickets sold and a great reaction. I didn't bother taking any pictures as it is pretty much the same rig as the last 60 / 70 gigs. I did note that the (very good) sound engineer (actually a husband and wife team) DI'd from the Caveman preamp / DI on my board rather than from the amp. Some do, some don't, but seemed to sound good out front either way. Next gig in Scotland with the same dep guitarist in a few weeks...
  12. Obviously it's come down recently. However, you can buy a Stomp for that which will do that and loads more. There is no pedal on earth that's worth that much when you can't control the settings remotely, nor does it have a stereo input which is an instant fail for its market. Yes, I've played one.
  13. Gravedigger Song - Mark Lanegan

  19. I hope that gets labelled the "Al Krow FM heaven" patch when it's formally released! 😅 But more seriously, great work, thanks Peter.
  20. Okay then. If this is $299 and £339 over here, why is the XB Driver $500 and £620 over here? Ooh, look, Tech21 and/or Rocky Road are selectively price gouging us on the more premium products. Just like they did with the Dug amp. $1700 and £2500 here. Until they sort that out, as a company they're dead to me.
  21. I didn't know it was called that, but it's definitely called that from now on, lol
  22. Kiss of Death - New Order
  23. I was going to but it worked out as being the same price. Mine doesn't have any of those fretting issues.
  24. These are great amps, GLWTS.
  25. Tell me, is this tactic still known as "the arse grabber"?
  26. I bought Simon's Shuttlemax 9.2 and he was so easy to deal with. I'm in New Zealand, so there were a few more hurdles to clear than a local sale, starting with the item being shipped to NZ and then for unknown reasons, returned to Simon. But he was cool and calm and happy to try again. Long story short, the Shuttlemax arrived in NZ and everything was good to go! I highly recommend Simon to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to buy from again. A man of his word and super easy to communicate and deal with. 10/10. Thanks Simon!
