Anyone else doing the Black Sabbath live stream?

I haven't paid for a live stream event since the disappointment of the Tyson v Hollyfield fight back in 1997 but I'm definitely doing this one. 

 

Some of my favourite bands and artists of all time are in the line up. 

 

I don't know if it's regional pricing but the stream ticket is only the equivalent of about a tenner so pretty fair really.

 

Really looking forward to this one. 

 

Is anybody else planning on streaming it?

This live stream costs as much as a ticket to a real gig, it's, what, £25? Much as I love Sabbath, this is 10 years too late and looks like being a bad cabaret. Not for me, thanks.

I suppose it would be possible to do some kind of screen recording but I'm not bothered. I'm thinking of it more as a live event at home. No way I could ever afford tickets or even get there if I could, so I'll be up in my barn with it on the big cinema screen. 

 

I'm also pretty happy that all the proceeds are going to charity so for once I actually don't mind paying for it.

I am tempted, my musical tastes have gone in a very diferent direction over the years,  but a lot of that line up is the soundtrack of my teenage years.

 

Doubt I'll find the time to watch the whole thing in one sitting though so it would work better for me if they gave us at least a couple of weeks to work our way though it.

Must be regional pricing then. For me it's only 25 leva which is just over a tenner. Plus it's all going to charity instead of into Sharon Osborne's pocket which can only be a good thing.

I think they're currently saying you get it for 2 days which is pretty poor to be honest. It starts at 5pm my time though, just as I finish work so I'm planning on grabbing a few beers and making a night of it.

Yup. I don't know how they get away with that.  Surely it's not legal.

I had a chance to buy a ticket for villa park last week when they released some more for sale, but just couldn’t bring myself to pay £412.50 for a seat

I live near Villa Park, it’s an approx 20min walk to the venue. 

I’ll be avoiding the area at all costs.

I was lucky enough to get to attend the Final “The End “ Show in 2017.

That was it as far as I was concerned
