Awesome looking set up dude - Some great custom units there! Very ergonomic.

I've just finished trying to document my exact signal chain as well... didn't realise it would be such a ball ache to write out: Signal Chain

ok. here is my modest set-up.

not really a complete board as only half of it is attached to a board. just got the expression pedal for the bsy600 today after a recommendation from fumps. Liking how it sounds, but more in a space rock way rather than dub step.

Took a decent camera to the studio today so I though I'd take some snaps that look a little sharper than those off my iPhone (on the last page or so). Before anyone says it - yes, I know the Polytune Mini is upside down!

cheers fella,

this is Justins actual board, so I am pretty close!

I am not spending silly money on a Bass Whammy, the XP-100 does a fine job!

The Flip Tremolo is also pretty hard to find so my DIY does a great impression, and as its only used on Right in two, which we are not playing live yet is not an issue!

It is a big old beast to card around though, six foot long! I will have to make a flight case.....but thats going to be a major mission!

The only other thing I am missing is the Foxx Fuzz Wah, but....its only used for a tiny section in The Pot - so not biggie just yet!

Just has also stopped using the Guyatone BR-2 bottom wah rocker and used the MXR BEF, which in my opinion is much better!

peace!

A couple of minor changes to the pedalboard for tonights gig. Polytune Mini makes a debut and the Boss OBD-3 gets retired in favour of new BB Bass Preamp/overdrive.
Next on the list is smaller format small clone chorus home build as theres no space for the larger enclosure size. This will then replace the Digitech Chorus unit.

I was about to say that, it's going to be one big awkward bugger if you do make one!

Mal Chapman built my monster board/flight case. He does lots of large boards for odd setups for musicians around the world. Not 'cheap' but very reasonable for what you get and the bespoke nature of it.

His company is called G.R. cases though there web presence is tiny and the site has not been updated since the 70's lol. I have some contact details though if you wanted to investigate having such a thing made.

Heres mine - the space between the Rat and the Pulsar will soon be filled with an Al Heeley special delay :)

EDIT: Ive not yet trimmed the patch leads - once Ive figured out where everythings going to live I'll shorten them properly.

Signal path - Bass into TU3, Aggi Octamiser, modded DOD FX25B into FX looper.
Loop 'A' has the EBS Trem and Unichorus, Loop 'B' has the modded, rehoused Russian Big Muff, Loop 'C' has the EHX freeze pedal.
Output into a Chord BOD 50 (Boss ODB3 clone).

Got myself a TAFM today and ebay/basschat permitting I will have an M9 soon too. Really looking forward to how my set-up is shaping up. After playing with them both at length, I've also decided to keep my Xerograph Deluxe as my only filter and to shift my Proton - it's so warm and lovely but I don't need two filters and I want the expression control, but still need to get an EP-2 for that. There's definitely going to be plenty going in the classifieds when I can get photos of everything to list. Downsizing is quite a nice feeling, especially when with a smaller rig it looks like I'll be able to do more than ever.

I'd be keen to hear what you think of it when you've had a chance to play with it - have been quite keen on one of these for my board! :)
