It was indeed sir. Wayne58 off here was playing bass with the support band (The Stumble). Had a great night.

The Stumble are fantastic! Bought their CDs at the Clitheroe gig - from (M)Anita - her words, not mine!
Thought I recognised you from the pic.

Yeh, I love the Stumble. Some of them (guitarist / drummer & Cameron or wayne58 as he's known on here) did a gig last night in Chatburn near Clitheroe with Top Topham - one of the original members of The Yardbirds. It was a bit of a warm up for a forthcoming tour of Germany. Cameron gets some bloody gigs I tell ya.

Bugger  We'd have gone if we'd known - just saw it advertised as "Chessmasters".

As far as my kids are concerned, CD1, CD2, CD3, CD4, CD5 and CD6.

Respectively:

Victims Family - Headache Remedy
Daft Punk - Homework
The Ex - Catch My Shoe
Ford Pier - Meconium
The Clash - London Calling
The Clash - Combat Rock

Nobody likes CD2, but it's a bloody nuisance changing CDs in my car so we'll just ignore it for now.

Oh, BRX? All copies! Totally agree with your second sentence.

Another compilation-o-phile here. Since cycling to work my annual mileage has plummeted and since I have a 6 cd changer in the car and also sometimes use the ipod in the car I now find it is weeks before I replace the current half dozen. I do recall at the last swap over I decided to just fill it with free compilations from recent and older Classic Rock magazine Cd's. My big ipod is mainly full of 'best of/greatest hits/the essential' type compilations of various artists too. Must have around 70GB's worth of those by now!

Fawlty Towers x 8
Dad's Army x 16
One Foot In The Grave x 8
Only Fools & Horses x 8
The Fast Show x 2
The Clitheroe Kid x 4
Steptoe & Son x 4

:D 1/2 hour episodes of each, shuffled play, don't half seem to make those long, homeward bound journeys in the middle of the night go fast !!
