Hobbayne Posted October 15, 2012 Share Posted October 15, 2012 Just spent the past half an hour peeling the protective plastic film from the scratchplate of my new P bass. I have managed to peel most of it off, but there is still some under the controls and jack socket which I cant get to without taking them off. In fairness you shouldn't have to dismantle the bass to take the plastic off. Maybe its some kind of way of saving the second, third and forth world ! It [i]still[/i] has the protective film on the cover for the control route! Of course, that might have something to do with the Ibby QC sticker being on top of the film, but still...
