  1. Darren sold me a mooer boost pedal. It arrived swiftly, and well packaged. He kept me updated at every stage Cheers mate!
  2. Iron maiden have tried to erase the tout from the process by telling us that if a ticket is not bought from the primary seller, it is void. It's quite probable that the gig mentioned above is for the maiden tour later in the year. No id/ confirmation email- no entry. The largest problem with this whole issue is that these 'secondary ticket sources' are a part of the primary, so these people are essentially selling the tickets to themselves, and then reselling them at a higher price.
  3. I have a geb7, mxr 6 band, and the mooer bass eqs. The boss and mooer are really good, but the mxr is aimed more at guitar, but still has use πŸ˜‰
  4. Great deal! They run down to 2 ohms, and the mb cabs I use are 4 ohms each. They sound lovely with my DBS heads πŸ˜‰
  5. This album, to me, is their master of puppets or number of the beast. Seminal in so many ways. I've been using bssm to teach with for many years- there are so many lessons in working with drummers, and using simple (as well as not so simple onesπŸ˜‰) counter melodies to emphasise elements. I've always found the bass track relatively easy to hear in context. The tone as someone else mentioned, was a little of a surprise - it put me in mind of the isolated queen songs where John deacon's bass tone is filthy, but sounds really clean in the mix. It's always an inspiring album for me and IMO their best and most mature work, despite the constant willy jokes in the lyric!
  6. Citronic dual driver headphones. Around Β£15 delivered from eBay. Awesome bang for the buck! I prefer them to some of the more expensive sets I have πŸ˜‰ https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/291914048062
  7. Dannybuoy- love my glove. I run it at 18v internally, and it gives me an awesome Lemmy grind. The lower gain stuff is pretty awesome too

  16. I really like the reverse headstock thing. On some instruments it looks awesome, on others it looks strange. I currently have two - a 90's bc rich and a late 90's/ noughties kramer

  18. It's very capable of a gene Simmons driven set tone. With a hard pick, you should get pretty close
