    Morning everyone.. I was wondering if anyone uses a trolley for their bass cab. Ive had a neck/shoulder issue recently so I want to minimise my lifting. I was thinking about castors but I don't really want to drill into a Berg cab. Ideally it would have big wheels, or even those three wheel step climbing jobies. Any ideas,?

    Now there is a 55 Skyline you dont see very often. Fla.e maple neck too.!.I also have a 5594 and it absolutely killer.

    If you look at the 2nd fret to the 8th that is where it is dirty mostly. Someone has been keeping it on the low

    It really is hard to photo. Some of the board looks erm.. golden.?? Some of it looks like unfinished maple. I may take it to a professional. As I am not.

    Ok thanks dude ill try that. Im pretty sure its really clean but I will try the alcohol. Im a little concerned not to do any damage to it as the neck is a rare bird.

    I've used Dunlop 65 guitar polish/cleaner and it seems to have come up very patchy, some of the fretboard looks semi gloss and some look matt. I didn't really want to use a harsh chemical/alcohol etc. What alcohol do you suggest.? Im not using my last can of Special Brew. No way

    I have a Lakland 5594 from 1999 with an amazing birdseye maple neck that i want refinished. Over the years its become dirty, and im sure its lost some of its finish. so would like to bring it back to factory finish. Any ideas.?

    Possibly use some bathroom scales to weigh it as Sr5's can be heavy. Probably help your sale to state the weight.

    It sounds really really good. Lakland 5594 deluxe. Genz Shuttle 6.2, Bergantino AE410.

    I have a Shuttle 6.2. One of the greatest versatile lightweight amps. Thats a bargain.

    Fender did a non CS 62 stack knob jazz bass. Its called the Fender AVRI 62. They go for a grand and under second hand.

    I wouldn't hesitate mate. Ive owned some high end jazzers. They are killer basses. The preamp alone is worth that high end Jazz bass tone.

    Gold Teeth is probably the coolest record, its just laid back jazzy groove.. But this is possibly one of the best pieces of music I've ever heard from Steely Dan.. Donalds harmonies are just wonderful. Dias's guitar solo is just.!!
