You met Bruce Foxton and you're only just telling us now?! I'd have been screaming it from the rooftops, the guy was such a huge influence. Well done on the tv appearance though mate, I'll get the in laws to record it for me.

So does my TS2 model
Sound wonderful don't they! The sub in the boot floor gives out such a kick!
Mazda 6 sport estate for me. If I've got other people travelling with me I put the small section of the rear seat down so my basses go in longways but still leave 2 rear seats available. 4x10, rack, great gramma pad and bag in the boot. Great on fuel and the added bonus that the sport model has a fantastic Bose stereo. I had a friends 55 plate Range Rover Vogue for a month or so, and although its a very nice way to travel to gigs, that boot floor is a long way to lift heavy cabs. Others have mentioned the Sharan, our drummer has one and its huge inside!!
I use one of my old football kit bags. It's got a pocket at each end, which are handy for strings, batteries, fuses, tools, torch etc middle bit for leads, towel, pedals. And the shoulder strap means its an easy carry.

That is a killer set list!!
I tried learning it many years ago, and although I was doing some fairly technical metal stuff at the time, I struggled with it as I had no idea about ghost notes really. Once I got into finger style funk and figured out the use of ghost notes It became much easier.
Got a text from our drummer yesterday asking if we can try doing Rio by Duran Duran. Had a quick listen earlier, glad he suggested it as I'd forgotten just how much fun the bass part is to play. Nice bit of weekend homework for me, jamming along to this. Just thought I'd share!
Bass- Me
Drums- Shannon Larkin
Guitar- James Root
Guitar and lead vocals- Myles Kennedy
If I'm unavailable I'll let Ryan Martinie or Rob Trujillo dep for me!
Bought a Warwick cab from J, great guy to deal with, friendly and even held the cab for a week for me. Would have no hesitation in dealing with him again (even if he was so busy practicing he didn't hear me ringing the doorbell!! )
I'll take the cab if you still have it. I'm in Turkey until Friday 26th, but could meet up and pay cash on Sat 27th if that's any good to you. If you PM me a reply I'll check back tomorrow sometime as I can only get wi-fi in certain parts of the resort.
Cheers
Lee
Brilliant bits of kit, got one on my Spector and shall be ordering one for my Warwick shortly. As someone has already mentioned, there's a guy in the states who sells them on eBay which works out cheaper. I bought the one on my Spector while I was on holiday over there for about $45.

I'm sure I read recently that he's an endorsee for TC Electronics now?
He's been using TC gear recently, can't imagine they'd be too happy that one of their biggest endorsee's is on prime time tv with a trace amp right behind him!
