1. I'm 8 weeks in and it seems like forever! On top of that I've sold my 4x10's and my 1x15 so am having to use my old 8x10 for every gig at the moment. At least it'll make the new cab seem even lighter!
 2.
Wham....Young Guns, Club Tropicana and not forgetting Wham Rap...that Deon Estus sure played a great bassline!
I love Deon Estus' playing, and his tone on Wham Rap is to die for!
 3. Since hearing it on a movie soundtrack, can't stop listening to this: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ziqJpsmzB9A
 4. There's an Ashdown MiBass 550 and a pair of 112's in the for sale section for £600 at the moment, or if you require more wallop there's a Hartke LH1000 there too.
 5.
I'm a Warwick guy therefore i have to hate Spectors, however that looks brilliant.
I wasnt aware of that rule, I've got one of each! Oops!
 6. Sold my Warwick 411 cab to Carl recently. Good communication, great bloke to deal with. Buy/sell with confidence folks, Carl is a top man.
 7. Surprisingly they're not that difficult to move around, with the wheels and tilt back handle on the back. I used an Ashdown 810 for years and it wasnt too bad to move around. Its the same footprint as a 4x10 too. You certainly won't need it for pub gigs but if its something you want and you aren't bothered about transporting it then go for it. Just don't ever take any bookings for gigs that involve stairs!!!
 8. Is it August yet???
 9. Both cabs now provisionally on hold.
 10.
Likewise my Midget. I'm now using it for almost everything, put it against a wall and huge bass throbs from it making it usable for surprisingly large venues.
Stop now please everybody, i only placed my order 10 minutes ago and already I'm so excited I could almost piss my pants!!
 11. The temptation got too much, I too have entered the waiting room!! August can't come quick enough, especially as I've shifted two of my Warwick cabs and am now going to have to use my old 8x10 until my new cab arrives. My RH450 is gonna look lost on top of that thing!
 12.
How much for the Korg?
£100 including UK delivery.
 13.
Alex emailed me yesterday asking if I can wait for something more special coming in August. So I said I can wait. How far away is August?
Think I had the same conversation with him, it's so tempting!!!
 14. Price drop, now £225 for the head on its own, or £325 with the rack case, power strip and Korg DTR2000 tuner.
 15. The 115 is on hold for now. 411 still available for £150, or as a package with a ABM500Evo RC, 4u Gator rack unit with fitted 4 way power strip, and a Korg DTR2000 rack tuner for £450.
 16. I've got one of Warwick's rock cases for my Streamer, it's not fitted but it does come with two semi-circular inserts which you place either side of the body to stop it moving around. The Streamer fits perfectly. I'll see if I can find out the model number of it, if not I'll take a couple of pics of it so you can see which one it is.
 17. Warwick WCA 411 pro and a Warwick WCA115 pro. Both 8 ohm and in very good condition. I bought these from a Warwick endorsee and they have been well looked after, the 115 in particular has seen minimal use. The only gripe is the HF horn adjuster on the 411 is slightly bent, it makes no difference to the operation at all, and tbh i've resisted the temptation to straighten it through fear of it snapping. They work really well as a pair, huge amounts of bottom end, well defined mids and crisp highs. From Warwick site: WCA 411 Pro (8 ohms) Plenty of bass with fast response and well defined mids. Good as standalone, or in a pair, with the WCA 115 Pro or WCA 211 Pro. The adjustable HF horn provides a clear attack and brilliance.

Power rating: 600W (max. 800W)
8 ohms (also available with 4 ohms)
106dB
4 x 10" speakers (power rating 150W, max. 200W, 8 ohms, 94dB, resonant frequency: 50Hz, frequency range: 45Hz-3500Hz)
HF horn with attenuator (power rating 30W, max. 40W, 8 ohms, 95dB, resonant frequency: 2,5kHz, frequency range: 1,2kHz-20kHz)
Bass reflex housing
Weight: 39 kg
Dimensions (W/H/D): 0,62 x 0,67 x 0,49 m
WCA 115 Pro Fundamental bass with a well balanced midrange. A great woofer, and standalone for deep, fat tones.

Power rating 300W (max. 400W)
8 ohms
98 dB
1 x 15" speaker (power rating 300W, max. 400W, 8 ohms, 98 dB, resonant frequency: 35Hz, frequency range: 30Hz-3000Hz)
Bass reflex housing
Weight: 29 kg
Dimensions (W/H/D): 0,62 x 0,67 x 0,49 m
Due to the size and weight of these i'd rather not post them. But if they sell as a pair at the asking price i'd be prepared to travel 75 miles (ish) to meet up at no extra cost. I'm based in Bristol and you are more than welcome to come and try them out. Not looking for any trades as the sale is to finance a new lightweight cab to go with my RH450. I also have a Ashdown ABM500RC, Korg DTR200, Gator 4u rack case complete with power strip if anyone is looking for a complete rig! I only have a pic of the 411 at the moment as the 115 is at our rehearsal room, but as i say the 115 has had the least use of the two of them and is in top condition. I'm going to the rehearsal room tomorrow so can get some pics of it then. If you would like pictures of any specific part of them just pm me your email address and i'll send them to you. Thanks for looking. Lee
 18. Here i have my Ashdown ABM500 Evo RC, the rack mounted chrome front version. It's an early UK built model, with two seperate high/low inputs rather rhan one switchable input like the later models. Also please note that this model does not have the on board compressor. I bought it from a pro from a well known band (well, as long as you're 40ish!)so it was always serviced by Ashdown, and since i've had it it's always lived in a Gator 4U ABS rack unit. I gigged it for several years with no reliability issues whatsoever, and i've heard people say these amps had a lack of volume but i never found it wanting in that department! It's certainly louder into the same cabs as the 500w Warwick tubepath i also had. I've recently changed the Warwick head for a RH450 and it just seems daft to have this as a back up head when it's much heavier than the TC. I'm based in Bristol and have always got cabs in the house so if anyone wants to come and try it out over a cuppa/beer then you're more than welcome. I'd rather not post it tbh but if it fetches the asking price i'm prepared to travel 75 miles (ish) to meet up at no extra cost. I have a 4U Gator abs case for it which also has a Korg DTR2000 in and a power strip, and if anyone wants to take the whole lot together i'll do it for £375. If the amp sells by itself then i'll list those seperately but for now i'll give people the oppoptunity to take them all together. I also have a Warwick WCA411 pro and a Warwick WCA115 pro (both 8ohm) which i'll be putting up an ad for later if anyone is interested in a complete rig. I bought them from a Warwick endorsee and they are pretty much immaculate, the 115 has had minimal use. I'd be looking for £175 for the 411 and £150 for the 115, or £300 for the pair, those prices are fairly firm considering the condition of the cabs. Not looking for any trades thanks as this sale is to finance a lightweight cab to go with the RH450. My apologies for the picture quality but tmy laptop with my camera software on is in being repaired so i've had to use my phone camera. If anyone wants any specific photos just pm me your email address and i'll send you them. Thanks for looking.
 19. Mr Rabbit: " so this is the band then? I bet U2 are shitting themselves!" Outspan: "I see you're still wearing the blue suede shoes Mr Rabbit" Mr Rabbit: "F**k off carrot head"! Priceless!!
